Sublime hotel
Very very good hotel and a wonderful experience from first to last, starting with the pick up at the port and including an especially warm welcome from George and Flora the managers. The architecture and garden design of the place is breathtaking with beautiful vistas and an almost Mycenaean feel with tall stone walls and clever spaces. Both the Gym and the Spa have the most incredible cliff top scenery which make them incredibly memorable. The room itself was stunning with a view of Chrisopigi Monastery. It was so well designed that everything felt just relaxed and perfectly of the place. I would single out the bed in particular for being incredibly comfortable.
Special mention should go to the restaurant where the food is out of this world. I have been lucky to enjoy many Michelin star dining experiences lately and this was right up there. The Baked Aubergine with Feta, Honey and Oximeli Vinegar was just stunning as was the Charcoal Fried Octopus with local beans, all perfectly executed in the outdoor kitchen where you catch tantalising aromas as the chefs prepare the food. The wine list was really first class with all the greatest producers from Santorini, Naoussa and the Peloponnese as well as a good selection of international wines. I think though what really sets the Nos Hotel apart is the quality of the staff. To a person from George and Flora, to the waiting staff, the sommelier, the room service team, Panos the driver everyone is interesting to talk to, incredibly attentive and just seems happy to be there.
Putting all of this together requires mastering a million details but the dominant impression for guests is of a swan serenely gliding on the surface in the surface taking everything in its stride. Bravo Nos Hotel you exceeded all our expectations and we very much hope to be back soon.

Flawless Stay
NOS is perfect in every way. Stunning rooms, scrumptious food, arresting views, beautiful architecture, and super caring service. We loved every minute of our stay here. A Hidden Gem in the Cyclades
Our first visit to the beautiful island of Sifnos exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose NOS Hotel & Villas for our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the resort’s stunning design, breathtaking location, and spectacular views overlooking the Aegean Sea. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and incredibly relaxing.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Flora, Zoe, and George, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was perfect. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made us feel like family, and every member of the team consistently delivered outstanding service with a smile.
The culinary experience was another highlight. Each morning, we enjoyed an incredible breakfast by the pool while taking in the panoramic sea views—a perfect way to start the day. The food was fresh, healthy, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every meal reflected the same attention to quality and locally sourced.
The spa is simply extraordinary. Nestled into the cliffside with open-air treatment rooms overlooking the ocean, it offers one of the most peaceful settings imaginable. Listening to the waves gently crash against the shore while enjoying a massage was an unforgettable experience and one of the most relaxing moments of our trip.
The open-air fitness center is equally impressive, with breathtaking views that make every workout something to look forward to. We also loved visiting the resort’s wine cellar for a tasting, where we sampled a wonderful selection of unique wines from Greece. It was an intimate and memorable experience that we highly recommend.
One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the private three-hour boat excursion arranged by the hotel. Everything was flawlessly organized, allowing us to explore secluded beaches, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, and swim in some of the most beautiful spots around Sifnos. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

A stay we will never forget!!
I don't even know where to start. We stayed actually planned our Greece trip based on wanting to stay at this hotel after following them in Instagram for years. I'm happy to say we were not disappointed.
I'll start with the staff. Absolutely amazing. From communication before our visit, to super smooth check-in, recommendations, and just great vibes. They really anticipated our every need and were continuously helpful the entire time. They also really take pride in this property keeping it super clean.
The property is also designed in such a unique way. It is not a huge property and yet every room feels like a private oasis. The gym is freaking awesome, with a view that is killer. I've never worked out at a gym like this. It is worth checking this out specifically for that!
The restaurant is amazing with everything we ate being delicious, and even the drinks being top notch.
The room itself has so many perfect touches really making you feel like you're somewhere else, disconnected from the world. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with awesome amenities, and our room had a private pool area which was such a bonus.
We can't wait for our next time in Greece because we'll surely be back.

Our fav hotel of the trip (out of 6!)! This is a really special place and hope to return.

Room = Faros the Superior - I highly recommend!
▪ Pro:
• Room modern and well done with some neat design touches. Had AC that actually worked!
• Our room had a great patio and plunge pool looking over the cove of Faros. I loved the view and both sun and shade loungers were so comfortable!
• 5 minute walk to 3 different beaches, each with places to eat.
o Note: They beaches are semi ‘scrappy’ compared to what we may be used to in the IS. ie: they aren’t maintained with someone clearing rocks/branches but are pretty in their own way.
• 5 minute walk to several water front places to eat.
• Neat outdoor gym!
• Has a sauna at the spa!
Also great food & staff!
▪ Con:
• The 5-minute walk in both directions to the local beaches is a walk along a road with both nice villas and abandoned construction, so not the most picturesque. Really just saying this to list a con.
• The view of the pool is slightly interrupted by a villa further down the sloop on the cliff edge.
• The spa is fully outside so not something to do if the weather is bad, which is too bad bc that’s part of the glory of a spa day on vacation. Also, the Sauna is next to the treatment space so a guest can’t use the Sauna if someone is getting a treatment. They should have put it in the gym!
