Great resort and excellent staff
Probably the best resort on Naxos with 2 lovely heated pools and adjacent to the beach. Rooms are immaculately clean and well proportioned. Breakfast was a good spread but mind the rush before 10.30.
I think what i liked the most was the staff. Everything was so efficient and nothing was too much. The reception staff were so helpful and get a special mention for helping us finding out our ferry situation (thankfully we could sail) - when we got to the port we were the best informed passengers as they burned up the phone lines figuring out so we could leave with confidence!

Solid family destination
The location is excellent with a short 15
minute walk to the bustling town center. The exterior grounds are lovely as is the reception area. We had five rooms in total and two of them were renovated while the others were fairly outdated and in need of refreshing. The breakfast buffet was average. Lunch/dinner was good. I chose this hotel bc of its location and the fact that it had a gym. Even though the gym was small it did the job, however if you arrived after 9am there was usually no water or towels and never anything to wipe down any equipment. In summary I would recommend this place for families but I would search elsewhere for a bit more modern facility as a couple even if it meant taking a taxi to town.

Our brand new gym is available from 06.30 until 20.30. Many of our guests work out very early in the morning. That could be one reason for not finding water or towels around 09.00 as the venue is serviced from that time on regularly all day.

Just OK - stay away from the executive room with “private” pool.
Solid beachfront location, walkable to Chora, and we slept fine — the pool bar isn’t rowdy and doesn’t run late. But two things future guests should know.
We booked the Executive Room with Private Pool, the most expensive room here short of a family suite. There is nothing private about it. The interior door opens next to the breakfast and lunch dining area; the terrace door opens onto the pool bar and restaurant. When you’re in your private pool you find yourself literally steps from the bar and restaurant. Thats not relaxing and the opposite of “private”. The room itself is small as it could possibly be. The pool is nice — but you’re paying a premium for “private,” and the location is the worst on the property. Don’t book this room expecting seclusion. Surprisingly, it wasn’t loud during the evening but there’s no getting around the room location which must be the worst on the property.
Second, be ready for extra charges, and staff who angle for tips. In Greece, that’s out of step.
Fine hotel otherwise. Just skip that room.

Great stay
We loved staying at this place, the staff is just top-notch, the private beach is just great with lounge chairs for 10 dollars a day
The restaurant is great, we eat very well there and the breakfast is great
Some rooms have old-fashioned decor, personally I loved it with a terrace with a sea view, the location is great
The housekeeper was great, our things were folded even though she didn't have to do it, everything is very clean
The staff is incredibly kind
In short, I will come back with pleasure

Wonderful property and stay!
So glad we chose this property for our stay in Naxos. 10 steps from the beach with beach service, nice breakfast included, pools, a wonderful barely 10 minutes walk into the old town and waterfront, clean rooms with all amenities included! Would gladly stay here again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a proper hotel experience!
