Great location on the Caldera

Our Junior Cave suite was perfect for our 7 nights in Oia, the generous sized quiet room with AC, comfortable bed, wardrobe, great shower, bath, fridge, electric jug, TV, safe and good wifi made it very easy to relax. Each room had its own plunge pool and specific sun loungers along with outdoor table and chairs where the complimentary breakfast was served each morning. Great caldera views from both the lower and upper terrace and sunset views from the upper terrace. The team were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was serviced every day and our sheets changed mid way. Thanks so much for having us.

Did not disappoint

For context we were on an island-hopping trip around the Greek islands. Communication with the host was good throughout. We were met at the meeting point to be helped the short but challenging distance with our luggage. We arrived by boat and did not realise just how chaotic the scene at the port would be (our mistake). It would have been better to accept the offer from the accommodation we were given in hindsight. We eventually paid €40 for a family of 3 from the port to Oia. But this was after a lot of negotiating. The accommodation was beautiful as expected. There are 3 apartments in total, each with their own individual whirlpool and relax area, just around the corner. We were a family of three and stayed 2 nights. Location was a little bit out of the town, but only 5 minutes walk by foot to the start of the main area. There was a good supermarket just 60 seconds away. Excellent (Instagram) views from the terrace and hot-tub. Good size apartment, with daily cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. We felt very happy. Great price for three persons. The breakfast is served outside the apartment on the terrace. It was too much and tasty! I would stay again. The owner & staff were very friendly! Owner organised us a return taxi to the port for a good price! Many thanks
Hot water (as it seems is normal in Greece) needs to be switched on. But it worked well! Kitchen was very basic.

Enalion Suites

I’ve always wanted to stay in a cave suite in Oia to experience the sunset, everything lit up at night and to wake up to a caldera view. Enalion Suites provided this!! Nothing was too much trouble and Elias contacted me ahead of the stay - I wanted to experience the sunset from a rooftop restaurant and my original restaurant choice was not taking bookings due to windy conditions so Elias patiently worked at getting an alternative for my birthday meal at Kyprida - we had the best seats in the house and this was my favourite meal of the holiday !!! We were not rushed to finish our meal and left after the beautiful sunset. It was lovely to return to the suite after a day exploring Oia and I enjoyed the jacuzzi to myself overlooking the night time caldera view and pretty sky line. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom facilities were great as they had beautiful santorini blue tiles carved into the cave. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning to the beautiful sunshine and caldera view - so peaceful but only minutes from central Oia. I would return in a heartbeat!

limited customer support

Good: the hotel rooms are actually a cave and are very spacious with everything you need. Also, the support of Iaras (not sure how to spell it) was incredible.
Bad:
-The hotel is not located in the main road and you MUST receive instructions on how to get there. If you rent a car, you leave your car 400 m away from the entrance to the path that takes you to the hotel. You need to confirm the arrival time as the hotel is located downstairs from the main road and you will require assistance if you have luggage. We rented a car, drove to the place and got lost for 30 min as we did not receive any specifics before our arrival
-Customer support. The hotel only has a reception or any support available during specific hours (limited) throughout the day. We lost our room key and reached out through whatsapp to the person in charge of the reception at 930 pm since we needed to put our baby in bed. It took us 20 min to obtain a response from the hotel, for 45 min they kept asking "where did you loose the key?" or "if we were sure that we did not have the keys in our bags, as she was too far away (20 min drive) to go to the hotel to open the door for us". Iaras (part of the team, was kind enough to come to help us and open the door 1 hr after we contacted the person in charge)
-Value for money: we paid more than $300 per night (end of August). Definitely expected a higher level of experience for that price. (no support, no parking, location, etc). It is more and Airbnb rather than a hotel

Very nice stay, good for families

We stayed here for 2 nights last month during our trip to Greece. We booked an executive cave suite and found the room to be very spacious. The hot tubs are also very nice, and have a nice view of the village and sunset (although not a complete sunset view). The location is about 10 min walk to the start of the nice part of Oia (with all the shops etc.)... so the hotel's location is good but it's not a suite located in the heart of Oia village. On the plus side, this area was slightly quiter. The lady at reception was very friendly and really helpful and arranged an awesome boat tour for us. Would recommend this for families
