Amazing holiday location!
Situated in a beautiful location surrounded by trees. The pool is great! Sotiris and his wife were so friendly!! Hospitable staff! The manager George Kappas was very attentive and super helpful!! The food and cocktails so worth a try!! Hope to visit again soon!! Thanks George for the excellent hospitality!!

The rooms are not the same as those in the reservation.
My experience at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room was extremely old; the refrigerator wasn't working, the toilet was constantly leaking, and the noise kept us awake at night. Although the reservation details stated that there was a coffee machine, there was no such equipment in the room.
The air conditioner didn't work the first night; it was only fixed after I complained. I requested a room change but my request was denied.
The receptionist's attitude was extremely cold and indifferent. He didn't even look us in the face while talking to us, and made no attempt to help in any way. They displayed an extremely unprofessional and indifferent attitude, saying something like, "There's nothing we can do, you're only staying for 3 days anyway, even though the room is old, we gave you a sea view."
The entire hotel was undergoing renovations. Electrical wires were exposed, and there were constant renovation noises throughout the day. Taking a break at lunchtime was almost impossible.
Despite being advertised as half-board, all drinks, including water, were charged separately at dinner. We were also disappointed because this wasn't explicitly stated.
I requested cancellation and a refund through Booking.com and checked out early (check-in on the morning of May 1st, check-out on May 2nd), but I received no assistance whatsoever. I requested a receipt for my early departure, but I wasn't given one.
I have traveled to many islands and cities in Greece over the years, but I have never had such a bad experience in my life. It's truly incomprehensible how this hotel received 5 stars. I think even 2 stars is too much.
Also, absolutely do not believe the old reviews. I've uploaded all the photos; you can clearly see the difference between the room shown in the reservation and the room I was given, as well as the overall condition of the hotel. You decide.

Never going again in this nightmare "5 star hotel", but actually 2 stars.
This is the worst, disgusting bathroom hotel room I have ever been - junior suite! They say it is 5 stars hotel, I say maybe maximum 2! Uncleaned mold everywhere in the bathroom - in the sink, on the walls, in the bathtube, on the shower, on the bathhose. Just look at the pictures. Stains on all chrome parts and the protective glass.
I will not comment the degrading pool, all peeling facade walls...I can say they are acceptable for 3 star hotel.
I showed the pictures to the manager and asked changing the room. Meanwhile he sent cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom. Guess what, you don't believe people who give you new room in such condition will make any difference in cleaning it again. A little mold was cleaned, but it was only for going through the motions.
The next day, they showed me new room with a bathroom with the same condition, despite that they assured me and rejected my suspicions from yesterday that they are going to give me same room with low bathroom hygiene.
So if you plan your family holiday here, do not make my mistake. This is totally ruining the good location and the good food in the restaurant. Seeing how they manage the rooms, I am concerned about the hygiene in the kitchen.
While I am now here, I am going to need to buy hygiene materials to clean the bathroom myself.

Amazing
Everything was truly wonderful! The location and facilities were fantastic. I want to give a special shoutout to the Manager and staff; they were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to fulfil all our requests, making our holiday truly unforgettable. Thanks to Mr Kappas and the team, we had such a delightful time! I wholeheartedly recommend it.
