Beautiful, perfect!!!!

A very beautiful environment. Warm room and very clean. He delivered everything. I would recommend it with my eyes closed. Perfect.

bad experience

I had made a Reservation in this accommodation through Booking.com on 14/08/24 when I received the following message: "HOTEL ALEXANDROS informed us that it was not possible to process your credit card for the following reason: your credit card... has not enough balance." I entered the application and gave details of another, 2nd card and after a while I received the above message again! (Note: both cards had MORE balance than asked!!!).
In short, by email, message in the app of Booking AND sms on my mobile I received 13 messages that told me the same thing. Now I started to suspect malicious manipulation and requested cancellation of the booking through Booking without a natural charge. After 24 hours and after I called by phone to HOTEL ALEXANDROS, I was informed that the withdrawal of money from the 1st card (48 hours later) had been made without further confirmation / notification from Booking! I explained my fears of malicious manipulation in detail and asked for cancellation and refund of my money, since there was now a question of trust to the management of the property first and then to Booking. They gave me the Booking phone to call them personally because as they told me "Booking handles cancellations/refunds". I called Booking and they told me in turn that "it is the policy / responsibility of the accommodation". What I've learned is they're putting responsibility on each other. After repeated phone calls, significant waste of time, confusion and unspeakable stress and of course cancellation of my vacation, HOTEL ALEXANDROS made the cancellation / refund. My advice to other travelers: look for alternative platforms and accommodations other than those mentioned above.

Avoid it!

It's a shame for unlucky and unsuspecting travelers to stay at this establishment. The gratuity of the front desk clerk is not enough to cover the inadequacies of the hotel which is in a very bad condition, almost abandoned.

Perfect place, honest friendly owner!

This is a hotel related to a gas-station which keeps the lowest price for good gas (the gas is periodically tested by University researchers). The owner is extremely kind, hospitable and careful. The rooms are crystal-clean, the indoor air is fresh and all the current facilities are provided. Moreover, you might see through your window the sea and the mountains, including two impressive churches that are waiting for you to visit them (Saint Patapios and Profitis Ilias). Thank you again for everything, Sir Christos!

Απαράδεκτη χρέωση ακυρωμενης κράτησης

Μακριαααα. Αντιεπαγγελματιας τελείως. Ακύρωσα την κράτηση λόγω θανάτου συγγενικού προσώπου Α βαθμού και ενώ με διαβεβαίωσε ότι δεν θα μου κάνει χρέωση της κράτησης, μετά από 2 μήνες μου έκανε χρέωση 200€ από τα 300 που ήταν κανονικά. Μακριαααα.
