Wonderful Villa with Outstanding Views and Hosts
Outstanding accommodation in fabulous old villa that is presented to a very high standard. Hosts were very welcoming and very professional, Nico and Nancy ensured everything we needed was provided and with some nice touches such as the homemade marmalade. Rooms were very clean and equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Impressive gardens and views across to the ocean.
Location was perfect for Kalamata airport and close to the town of Koroni. Good beaches nearby and excellent local food within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Immaculate, charming apartments
A lovely, peaceful location.
Spacious, impressive apartment.
All facilities clean and new.
Helpful hostess.
Beautiful grounds.
You need a car but there is a traditional taverna opposite and a terrific restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the hill.
Our hostess has catered for everything, it is spotlessly clean and smells fresh and lovely.

The best choice in Messinia
I go for six years a year at Vila Petra and that's what I think says a lot; I feel really good there and I sincerely recommend it; the apartments are very comfortable and very clean; hosts are very kind and do everything they can to ensure a good stay

Revigorating stay in such a quiet place
First time having been there and not the last one. The welcome is so warm and full of attentions: water and orange juice in the fridge, home made cakes and orange marmalade, olive oil and olives from own trees, home made soaps,... Nassia really cares of her guests! Nassia and Nikos sense of hospitality make your stay very pleasant, bringing peace in mind and give you the real sense of what holidays should be. They regularly organize barbecues or tables filled with greek meals and the catches that Nikos makes when he hunts in the sea. The location is very central if you want to go to Kalamata and the region, to the west coast (Pylos, Methoni, Gialova,...) and the other side with Koroni. The apartment features a large balcony on which you can stay, eat, rest,... and very well furnished on everything needed to cook, sleep,...
So, a wonderful stay to experience again as soon as possible

Our second Visit to Villa Petra
Our second visit here as a large family and we had three self contained apartments.The villa is stone built with air conditioning and well located for the region as long as you have a car.
Pylos, Koroni, Methoni, and Navarone which are all 30min to 1 hours drive away. Peroulioa beach club and bar is great and only 25 minutes drive away, and my favorite beach is Methoni which can be reached in 45mins.
There are a handful of good restaurants near by in Petalidi and Chrani and O Vrachos looks over the bay and is 10 min walk or 2 min drive.
There is no pool but an exceptional brick built barbecue, veranda, and a host of herbs, lemon/lime and Fig trees.
Nassia bakes breads, cakes and cookies for us and has homemade soaps in the apartments.
Unfortunately there were roadworks going on right behind the apartment for most of the day, however, we were out every day so it was only really noticeable in the morning and late afternoon.
Can't wait to go back again
