The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. Even the bathroom amenities stood out—they were clearly high-quality products, not the typical hotel toiletries.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options without feeling overwhelming. The entire hotel was beautifully maintained, clean, and had such a peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The water was pleasantly warm, making it perfect to enjoy in the evenings while watching the incredible Santorini scenery. The jacuzzi was even cleaned during our three-day stay, which showed the hotel’s attention to detail and high standards.
We truly loved every aspect of our stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. We would happily stay here again!

We paid the extra €10 for breakfast which was worth it and also ate there in the evening for the sunset views - food was average quality, more expensive than other restaurants in Megalochori but you're getting the sunset view.
The hotel arranged airport pickup and drop off at the port with Marcos for €40 per journey.
Free bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and a payable mini bar & snacks.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our one night stay before catching the ferry to other islands.

Firstly, the staff was very friendly, including the manager Sophia. The view from our honeymoon suite was beautiful and exactly like the pictures online. However, there were a few important issues that made the stay less enjoyable.
• Cost of Taxi Transfers / Hidden Costs
I highly recommend not booking airport transportation through the hotel. An Uber ended up being significantly cheaper than what we were charged for a simple 12-minute drive. It came to almost $70 CAD, which is unreasonable for such a short trip.
On our way back to the airport after checkout, Grand View arranged another ride for us through an external company since we had an early flight. The driver arrived 10 minutes late and then demanded cash payment on the spot. Since it was our last day in Europe, we did not have enough cash left. He then made us walk to an ATM, where we had to pay an additional $20 in ATM fees on top of the already expensive ride.
After bringing this concern to Grand View’s attention, I was simply told they were unaware cash was required and then wished a safe flight, which felt dismissive considering the situation.
• Ants in the Room
While the room itself was generally clean, we noticed a large number of ants beside the bed (photo attached). After informing management, the area was cleaned and sprayed, but the ants returned again the following morning. The room was cleaned a second time, and thank
