Very relaxing hotel away from the crowds.

Dinner information was unclear and ended up being charged for food which we believed to be included within our full board package.
When we arrived at Notos we didn’t feel as though it was well sign posted and where reception was, was unclear.
There was building works on going outside the hotel, which is at no fault of theirs however did disrupt the stay.
If you are staying here make sure you hire a car as minimum things to do around the area.
The view was amazing, the beds were ok and the pool area was nice and quiet.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, the peaceful pool area, and the overall presentation of the hotel. At the same time, we are genuinely sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.
Please accept our apologies for the lack of clarity and attentiveness you experienced during your arrival and throughout your stay, but we would like to inform you that we do not provide a full board option at the hotel but only a half board option instead (once per day from our all day menu).
In addition, the front desk area is located exactly at the entrance of the hotel (once you come up the stairs) and the door is always open for our guests, 24 hours, daily and there is also a sign over the door that clarifies where the reception area is located.
Your comments have been shared with our team so we can improve our communication and ensure guests receive clear and complete information from the very beginning of their stay.
We also understand how the nearby construction works may have affected your overall experience. While these works are unfortunately beyond our control, we completely understand the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Lovely Hotel and wonderful staff
I was pleased that the hotel was not in a tourist area, it was quiet and peaceful after a busy day out.
I enjoyed the restaurant overlooking the Marina, the service was friendly and outstanding. The swimming pool area was very nice with beautiful views of the Ocean. I liked the look and feel of Notos.
The price I paid was absolutely worth it

Ordered us a driver from airport after we had scheduled one through link from their email. They were upset about.
Took them forever to get back to me when I emailed.
Booked a massage at their spa. They told me a menu with prices would be available at time of service. Did not get and as we were already there they said service was $250. There were thermal pools that were cold. Shower cold. Sauna not working. No robes. Massage was on table with towels no sheets. After the fact said they only took cash. The front desk girll at night was trying to be helpful and the maid service was nice. The breakfast buffet was great. I hired a tour guide through them who showed up sick and seemed had never done it before. Mostly my complaint was with the spa and the condition of it. I would not reccomend this place, Get all information upfront IF YOU CAN REACH THEM!!

NOTOS is a NO for me
Arrived at 9:30p, hoping along with others that there would be a bar/resto to have a drink, relax, and something to eat. No chance. There is no bar. However, we were able to get wine to the room.
No curtains just blinds in bedrooms. So you're awake very early.
Mould in bathroom and paint crumbling off shower wall. Didn't particularly bother me, but some it would.
Breakfast buffet underwhelming and serve the powdered scrambled egg which I hate.
Staff scarce during the day. Nobody around looking after pool or guests.
if you would like a drink or would like to order some food, you have to go and find them.
Pool is small (not a problem for me) but is unheated and freezing (please heat the pool).
There's no sun lounging beach. So you'll have to travel for that.
Bed made, bins emptied every day.
Lovely view overlooking fishing boats.
Really comfy bean bag sun loungers.
Rooms spacious. And Sky News.
Couple of restaurants up steep hill, wouldn't rate them though.
A taxi from the hotel is approx 15/20mins to Fira, but costs €45 (Ridiculous) grab the local bus 6min walk from hotel €2.50. Takes an hour, but you're driving through lot's of little villages. I'd rather spend the €42.50 on a really nice luch instead.
There's a mini market close by. Expensive, but aren't they all!!
There's a lovely traditional Taverna right next door. I really liked it. That's it.
