Excellent hotel!

We have been visiting Sarti regularly for almost 20 years and have been visiting Frau Irene's house with great pleasure for some time now. We have stayed in various accommodations, but this one stands out with several significant advantages. Everything is very clean; the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the house is situated on a quiet street. In addition, the manager is very kind and does everything possible to ensure that our vacation is satisfactory.

Small room and thin walls

Things we liked: good location, close to the beach and the city centre, cleanliness and hospitable host. There is a bakery around the corner a lot of stores nearby.
Things we didn't like: the room is too small, misleading pictures on the site. The bathroom is ridiculously small. The walls are very thin and basically, you can hear everything your neighbour says or does. If you are so unlucky to have a crying baby next to you, well it's bad!

Way too overrated! Ridiculous small rooms! Do not recommend!

Way too overrated! Be careful!
Ridiculous small rooms which looks larger in the pictures.
We found lipstick stains on coffee cups which were supposed to be clean.
We left immediately even we had to pay a penalty.
I regret that we did not take pictures, but we ware way to upset and eager to leave the place.
We found a beautiful and spotless accommodation immediately with 2/3 of what Frau Irene was asking.
Do not recommend!

Hotelul a fost renovat cu materiale de calitate in 2016 ,dar din pacate nu a fost intretinut , in camera in care am stat de tip Basement existau doua dezumidificatoare pentru a elimina din mirosul de igrasie ce se putea forma, totul era semi slinos si avea hn aspect de murdar ,de la prosoape la pardoseala , dupa o noapte de cazare convenita la telefon din Bucuresti, am spus ca dorim sa ne decazm(era evident de ce) doamna “Frau Irenes” ne-a explicat ca politica dumneai este de a taxa 50% din valoarea sejurului si din “bunavointa” ne lasa sa platim doar o noapte in plus ( adica am platit pentru cazare de la 12 noapte la 10 dimineata 2 nopti x 80 euro pe o camera jegoasa)

The hotel was renovated with quality materials in 2016, but unfortunately it was not maintained, in the room where I stayed Basement type there were two dehumidifiers to remove from the damp smell that could form, everything was semi-slippery and had hn dirty look, from towels to the floor, after a night of accommodation agreed on the phone in Bucharest, we said we want to relax (it was obvious why) Mrs. "Frau Irenes" explained that your policy is to charge 50% of the value of the stay and out of "goodwill" let us pay only one extra night (ie we paid for accommodation from 12 nights to 10 in the morning 2 nights x 80 euros on a dirty room)

everything was very good, good accommodation conditions,
useful kitchen,
very hospitable host!!!!
close to the beach,
bakery and grocery store very close to the property,
location suitable for families!!!
