Holiday in Nikiti.
We stayed in the newest building, in a nice apartment with attention to detail and aesthetics, with a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The bed very comfortable, a nice sofa, very cozy colors, friendly and helpful staff.
The only drawback was the bathroom which, although beautiful aesthetically, had a shower without a plate and box that did not prevent the spread of much water on the floor, and a small sink in which it was very difficult to rinse the costumes.
I think the owners could remedy this with some precautions, even a tub provided could help.
Another small disturbance, the fridge rather noisy in the ignition.
Nice pool, good breakfast.
We would definitely recommend it.

Spotless (very clean) - excellent location - nice accommodation
The Administrator Lady Angelika is always there when you are looking for her and she is a very helpful and organized person.

great value, great location
The property has an ice cream parlour / bar at the front of it with tables and chairs almost to the water edge. The bar is run by the owners daughter and son in law.
The accommodation is located behind the bar, it is simple, clean and quite cheap. each room has its own kitchennette so if you do not want to eat out you can eat in. The shower rooms are a bit tired but fine.
There is a small supermarket 50m away.
If you have breakfast included in your cost of the room it is the usual buffet - nothing special but nothing wrong either. You can certainly fill up for the day if you want to.
The owner, her family and the staff are very friendly and always around to help.
The bar is right on the beach which is a lovely sandy beach and sea is very nice to swim in.
If you want a sunbed on the beach, they are owned by the Nikiti studios and you have to buy a drink or tow but is not expensive.
Nikiti gets very busy in high season but you will hardly hear any english although, of course, most do speak English.
In the last couple of years the beach front area has been modernised so it has a lost a little of the old character but it is still lovely.
