Recommended! Ultimate peace and luxury

Really a lovely hotel. Location is ideal, in a nice street and by the sea. Lovely poolside beds and even free cots by the sea, great. Great beds, nice and big and layers top. Staff work hard to take care of your holiday to perfection. Great breakfast and everything is super fresh. The staff want to help you with everything. In particular Irini, Maya and the other woman who gave you a table at breakfast (whose name I don't know), were super welcoming and very nice. As icing on the cake there was Nadia, the hotel's social butterfly. She wants to help you with everything and has arranged everything for us, top woman!

Wonderful hotel and resort!

A perfect hotel! Close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Direct access to the beach where sun beds and towels are free. All the staff are amazing and breakfast was fabulous.
Small but comfortable rooms with free bottled water every day. Also complimentary soft drinks, fruit and cookies in reception.
We loved it here!

Virginia Beach/Ocean city MD vibes

Hotel is good but not a 4 star.
Pros - room was clean, nice size pool, and on beach
Cons - mid tier hotel, breakfast was okay, coffee was ok - not great. They say they pull towels from lounges at 45 minutes if no one is there but we witnessed several lounges where people left their bags and shoes for hours with no one using it.
Bonvoy status - upgrade consisted of balcony overlooking pool but room size was small. The staff were friendly.
If you’re from the US, this area is like Virginia beach or Ocean City MD, not desirable.

Fantastic hotel

This was are second time staying at this hotel as we love it so much . The rooms are immaculate cleaned twice a day
The staff are so lovely nothing is to much trouble for them
Breakfast is very good all freshly prepared eggs made to order . The staff are so helpful friszel is a little ray of sunshine she greets you every morning with a smile and the lovely msiya who I remember from last year. We will definitely be booking again for next year

I’d love to return to the hotel♡

I am so glad I chose this hotel for my first stay in Crete.
George, the manager, came to greet us on our very first day and ensured our stay was truly comfortable.
When my daughter was suffering from a painful sunburn and the pharmacy-prescribed treatment wasn't helping, Nadije from the hotel brought us some fresh aloe vera; thanks to that, she began to recover. She was super kind every time.
The rest of the staff also showed wonderful hospitality. I am especially grateful to George; when we realized on our last day that we had forgotten to book a taxi to the airport, he immediately arranged a large vehicle for us, allowing us to travel to the airport in comfort and without stress.
Finally, I am worried about the fires currently affecting Crete.
I sincerely hope that everyone at the hotel stays safe.
