Very nice apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki
A large impeccable room-apartment, very well equipped, comfortable, and very convenient in the center of Thessaloniki; small kitchenette, coffee maker and espresso machine, easy system of access codes, availability of guests by messages and via whatsapp

Super luxury room in the heart of the city. Especially for those who have a small child will hurt a lot because it provides that you need a small household!Such as iron, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Clear, warm, modern dance that makes your stay enjoyable!

Superb location
Very nice establishment, comfortable room, well equipped and well maintained.
Door opening with codes very good system.
View of the city, close to a lot of places to visit.
Nostos restaurant nearby, very good restaurant 700 meters away.

Convenient and well priced city-centre studios
Super apartment/studio in central Thessaloniki. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need, including little kitchen for longer stays. Very good price. The only negative would be that the front-facing studios are a little noisy due to being on the main street but that wasn't an issue for us. Also our studio had the shower in the living area, which was fine for us but maybe something to consider if you are not travelling as a couple!

Run and do not look back
The photos on the internet for these location I found them very nice, I can say even glamorous. I will tell you my experience with these location.
I booked with payment at the property (no prepayment needed) with a lot of months in advance. With no alert / message from the property , I receive a message form my bank alerting that the property took the money from my account 60 hours before arriving at the location. I contacted the property and told them that it is a principle issue for me, to respect the booking conditions. The answer form the property was that they decided to debit my card in order to be able to send me the access codes the day of arrival. What ?
I arrive at the property at 17h00 local time. No obvious sign that there is this location with multiple apartments. The GPS took me to the unmarked gate of the building on a busy street. It is in fact the entrance in a very old and nasty looking building with a code pad on the door. Luckily I received 2 hours before my codes. I enter into this awful looking building (please see my photos), I am afraid to take the elevator so I take the stairs. Another coded gate to enter into a small hall where there are 2 apartments with the same coded gates. I reserved both apartments so I get in. Please note : no keys, only codes on a touchpad…….
Getting in the apartment gives me a feeling of clean, nice white sheets on the bed, very small room but HOT HOT HOT. We turn on AC and we find out that no matter how low you set the AC, it cannot make the good temperature. Usually my wife tells me that I make too cold in the room, that day she did not complaint at all.
I told you that it seemed clean. Well, here comes the worst part. I enter into the toilet and there is a brown “souvenir” from the previous client in the toilet. Now I am asking myself real questions about how they cleaned the room, if they really cleaned it. Basics….
I want to put some documents in the safe and go out to visit the city. Well, the safe is closed in 1 room, opened in the other room but both safes are not attached to anything (furniture, wall)… nothing…. How can I put valuables in a safe that is not attached to anything?
So, I take my things with me to visit the city. During the night the rooms are very noisy, you hear everybody on the stairs, all the cars and this, nicely, with a room not cold enough.
My conclusion: avoid this property ! Run and do not look back !
P.S.: I had a second reservation for 2 apartments 2 nights coming back from holidays and I cancelled it, I am NOT returning here…...
