Highly recommended — we truly enjoyed every single moment! ❤️
Everything was beautiful — the hotel, the rooms, the food, the pool, the atmosphere, and of course, the stunning beach. This year, the beach looked even more beautifully arranged, with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and lovely little details that made relaxing by the sea even more enjoyable. ☀️️
A special thank you to Miki Ninic, who was always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and to Makis, the hotel manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more special.
The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the beautiful surroundings made everything feel like a real holiday.
Thank you to the entire Acrotel Group team for the wonderful hospitality. We had such a lovely time and are leaving with beautiful memories and, hopefully, a reason to come back again soon.

“A beautiful and peaceful location with excellent food and very clean
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were satisfied with most aspects of the hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful surroundings, a wonderful view and stunning sunsets. The whole area is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The sun loungers by the beach and pool are very spacious, comfortable and well arranged.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent, with a great variety of choices. We were especially happy with the breakfast and dinner.
The main negative point for us was the beach. It was quite unpleasant for swimming, with a lot of stones and mud. There were also several days when there was a strong sewage-like smell around the hotel and beach area. The smell was noticeable even while sleeping and during breakfast, which was quite unpleasant.
The reception staff were very kind and helpful. However, the bar staff were sometimes a little too persistent during breakfast and dinner, repeatedly asking whether we had finished and whether they could take our plates, which felt somewhat uncomfortable.
Overall, apart from the beach and the unpleasant smell on some days, we were very satisfied with our stay. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful location, cleanliness and excellent food made our holiday enjoyable and relaxing.

We are delighted that you enjoyed our peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, sunsets, comfortable sun loungers, cleanliness and the variety and quality of our breakfast and dinner. We also greatly appreciate your kind comments about our reception team.
Regarding the beach, its seabed is part of the area’s natural landscape and may include stones and sea vegetation, depending on the weather and sea conditions. Concerning the unpleasant odour you noticed on certain days, this was not related to the hotel’s sanitation system. Nevertheless, the matter was investigated, as the comfort and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us.
We are sorry if the attentiveness of our restaurant and bar team made you feel uncomfortable. Their intention was simply to provide prompt service and keep the tables clean, never to rush or disturb you. Your observation will be discussed with the team so that service is delivered more discreetly.

The biggest negative aspect is the beach, which has many large stones and mud, making it very unpleasant for swimming. Unfortunately, on some days during our stay, there was a very strong sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was noticeable while we were having breakfast, lunch and even while sleeping, which was quite unpleasant.
We also found the room much smaller than we expected. In the photos, the rooms look much more spacious. We booked a Superior Room with Sea View, so considering the price and these negative aspects, we honestly feel that the stay was somewhat overpriced.

Your reservation was handled according to the confirmed room category and the information available at the time of booking. At no point was there any intention to mislead you, nor was any guest deliberately placed in an inferior room.
When you expressed your dissatisfaction, the hotel team addressed your concerns and discussed the available options with you. We therefore strongly disagree with the suggestion that our staff acted dishonestly or intentionally avoided assisting you.
