A decent, functional villa.
We stayed for five days recently. The family were all very friendly and helpful. The aircon villa was great, very spacious. The outside space was small but big enough for the table and chairs and separated from the garden which was in the process of being landscaped at the time. The breaking of stones and the cement mixer didn't bother us as we only ate breakfast and then went off for the day. It took us about 30 minutes to walk back at the end of the day from the main beach up the road with our kids (4 and 7) so it helps if you like walking! We were apprehensive about the lack of a pool but the Acapulco pool bar is really close and has an amazing view of the coast. All in all it's not the sort of villa you would hang out by all day but there's so much to see and explore nearby that that wasn't an issue for us.

lovely clean place
A lovely apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and a terrace outside.
It was clean and well kept for all of our stay. It has a lovely location in amongst olive trees and is great for a walk to the sea (if you like climbing a little). Only problem being that it is a fair distance from Paleokatritsa centre of town so you need a car or enjoy walking.
We were met on the outskirts of town and even though we were about an hour later than expected and in the middle of the night, Teodora was kind and helpful.
Great value for money.

Pulizia accurata ,più noleggio auto moto ben servito ,anche da aereoporto
Contentissima degli studios puliti ,moderni, disinfettati al massimo,tutto curato .il personale gentilissimo, addirittura mi hanno regalato detersivi ,ammorbidente, per i miei abiti.camere spaziose,in più hanno un noleggio auto e moto moderne,prezzi buonissimi,vengono all aereoporto a prenderti o a consegnarti i mezzi direttamente.ottima esperienza.Spyros gestisce il tutto parla anche italiano,è una persona che ti fa sentire subito a casa .

Jeśli chodzi o sam domek to był bardzo przestronny i w miarę dobrze wyposażony. Przyjemnie zlokalizowany wśród drzew oliwnych. Wielkim mankamentem było miejsce przeznaczone do sprzątania samochodów z wypożyczalni właściciela. Dużym minusem tego miejsca jest też fakt, że do centrum miejscowości jest spory kawałek drogi (nie unikniesz wspinaczki w drodze powrotnej), oraz w najbliższym otoczeniu nie ma plaży. Żeby móc swobodnie przemieszczać się po okolicy niezbędny jest samochód. Odrębnym tematem jest sam właściciel. Generalnie osoba, która stawia na pierwszym miejscu dochód i nie liczy się z komfortem urlopowiczów. Nam powiedział że musi skończyć ogród dlatego dobrze by było żebyśmy w tym czasie zwiedzali wyspę. Gdy zapytaliśmy o transfer na lotnisko (rodzina z dwójką dzieci i ciężarną mamą) zapytał czy nie możemy pojechać autobusem? Podsumowując spędzaliśmy już wakacje w Grecji i wtedy zaznaliśmy legendarnej greckiej gościnności niestety nie było nam to dane tym razem.

Ottima scelta: comodo, tranquillo e pulito.
Ho soggiornato in uno studios da 2/3 persone per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: posizione facilmente raggiungibile ma allo stesso tempo risulta molto tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla strada che attraversa Palaiokastritsa sempre molto trafficata. Letti comodi, rifacimento della stanza ogni giorno, titolari gentili e disponibili. La struttura è circondata da ulivi ed è formata da diversi studios "staccati" tra loro. Noi avevamo un solo studios accanto, poi ad una decina di metri ce ne sono credo altri due più grandi. Lo studios aveva tre letti singoli, un angolo cottura fornito e tenuto bene, un bagno piccolo ma con tutto il necessario e un terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. Unico appunto anche se non indispensabile: wi-fi gratuita ma lenta. Inoltre con una brevissima camminata tra gli ulivi si raggiunge l' Acapulco Pool Bar. La loro piscina è convenzionata, dai giardini si gode di una bella vista e ci sono delle scalette per fare un tuffo in mare. La zona è bella anche se in agosto quasi troppo frequentata, ma è comunque un buon punto di partenza per spostarsi. Struttura consigliata.
