Very nice stay

I cannot but confirm it's a nice place where to stay. Pleasant and comfortable wooden rooms, and satisfying breakfast. The view is stunningly beautiful. Check out the location in case you want to stay on the sea. WiFi works. Owners were kind and very understanding when we told them we had to leave the rooms a day earlier due to a mishap we bumped into with our car. Bottom line: fully recommended.

Wonderful Hotel at the end of the road

Small hotel at the end of the road. Short walk to restaurants, bars and shops in a small quiet village.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, you felt like you are part of their family.
Large, attractive, nicely appointed rooms with beautiful views from the balconies. Firm but comfortable beds, good flat screen TV, large refrigerator and nice bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Only down side is that there are no elevators, which would be a problem for mobility challenged individuals.

Excellent breakfast, one of the best during our 34 day trip to Greece. Home grown fruits and home made treats. The Orange Pie was so good that I got the recipe from the owner. She even gave me a packet of baking powder and some vanilla sugar to make it. I did make the Orange pie when I got home and it turned out perfectly!!!
This hotel is Highly recommended!

Nice hotel but shortcomings

The hotel buildings and rooms are extraordinarily beautiful. They only would justify a stay at the place. You will for sure enjoy the numerous delicate wooden wooden windows and shutters. Everything is so tastefully laid out. Many rooms give directly on the sea from this high up mountain site and so the views are breathtaking.
The bedding is not nice, with some waterproof protection under the bed-sheets, so that you wake up in sweaty linen after a few hours sleep. The attention from the staff was only to be got by your cell phone: the several parlophones ate the entrance doors did not work as they continuously gave the busy signal. The free wifi was hard to get in some rooms.

Amazing place to stay!!

Every year I spend 8 days in Vizitsa and the truth is I can't never get enough !Hotel Stoikos is definetely the best place to stay as the personnel is friendly and always willing to help. Our rooms had amazing view and they were cozy, bright and spacious.The breakfast was home-made and delicious!It really made me feel like I was home. Vizitsa as a holiday destination is peaceful and the ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature.It is the perfect place for vacation either you travel alone either with company,and that's why I warmly reccomend it!

Great place to stay

Very friendly personnel. Mrs Stella, the owner of the hotel, was extremely helpful providing advice, help and free maps to the most beautiful sites of the area.
The breakfast was traditional and plentiful, and even served(amongst other) a kiwi-apple jam which Mrs Stella prepared herself!
The room had an amazing view of pilion, all the way to the sea. It was spatious and very bright and the price was remarkably low(60euro on August in Greece, especially in such a popular destination is a very good deal).
Vyzitsa is also well located between the east side of pilion, the beaches to Aegean and the west side overlooking Pagasitikos, so in case it is windy, you can choose west to avoid the big waves which will make it hard to swim in the aegean. Milies is also very close, in a walking dstance almost, and it has 2 bars for a nice, relaxing drink.
