Too bad this beuatiful is managed like this
The food is terrible so you bring your own things with u and there is no supermarket if u need something and the staff never smile and work as if they are the customers .
The landlines doesnt work and the mobile numbers they give you will be turned off most of the time and the internet is terrible so if you have an emergency at night you should use your own survival skills .

Short stay
The lack of organisation at the base of the resort was painful to observe. I had many a thoughts about how things could be improved. What we lack is the required culture to turn this place into a Switzerland of the Middle East.
Once you go up the cable car you are taken to the reception and there again you feel the chaos. Once in our chalets we asked several times for service. Two services were asked for one came after 5 calls and 3 hrs! The second service never came ( bottles of water).
Most of the activities seemed worn out or in need of servicing, I personally went onto the ski slope of which the lift for the higher slope was not working! due to ice! ( snow mountain resort).
The other activity was the paintball, which again needed to be overhauled, we were given shoe laces to tighten our trousers!
This place could be heaven and a goldmine for tourism, what we lack is expertise. I would visit again because it is such a beautiful place. I really wish it would be at a higher standard.

Delightful!
WiFi connection was a little spotty at times but with perseverance I could usually get a good connection. Speed was good when connected.
