Botanika Estate ở Babakan, Tumbak Bayuh, cách Bãi biển Batu Bolong và Bãi biển Berawa 10 phút lái xe. Biệt thự spa này cách Bãi biển Seminyak 7,7 km và cách Bãi biển Double Six 11,4 km. Hãy để mình được chăm sóc thật đặc biệt khi ghé đến khu spa, với những dịch vụ massage, trị liệu toàn thân và chăm sóc da mặt. Khách có thể dùng bữa sáng kiểu Âu (có phụ phí) từ 8:00 đến 10:30 hàng ngày. Có bãi đậu xe tự phục vụ miễn phí trong khuôn viên. Hãy nghỉ ngơi thoải mái như đang ở nhà mình tại một trong 3 phòng được trang bị máy điều hòa với bếp cùng tủ lạnh và máy rửa bát. Bạn luôn có thể giữ liên lạc bằng kết nối internet không dây miễn phí; trong khi TV màn hình phẳng sẽ mang đến những phút giây giải trí thoải mái. Phòng tắm với bồn tắm và buồng tắm vòi sen riêng được trang bị bồn tắm và đồ dùng nhà tắm được thiết kế riêng.

TERRIBLE Experience with infested sheets, no electricity and toiletries, and poor service
Ever since our first day, our villa kept blacking out and losing electricity; more than half the time we were there, there was no electricity. At some point, room service was uncontactable and we had to walk to the spa and ask the nice lady at the concierge for help with the electric breakers — this is unfair because it was only our villa that had this issue and none other villas within Botanika Estate, yet staff did not seem to do much help apart from turning the breaker on and off multiple times that day. To make things worse, when we still kept losing electricity the next day, the hotel electrician said that it was our fault for using too much electricity and that we should turn the air conditioning in our living room off at all times, ultimately asking us to ration electricity. Moreover, because I knew the couple who rented the whole villa next to us (with no problems with electricity), staff told us to switch villas with them “since we are friends” — this is so unfair because that couple also paid full price for their whole villa! The audacity! By the end of my trip, I ended up never using the pool and barely using the villa because of poor electricity, bad/unhygeinic/infested sheets, and poor service. Worst of all, at the end of my stay, I find out from friends in other villas that their bathrooms had toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. I never had any!! This was so frustrating because I had to find time and go out of my way to purchase toiletries. I have no idea why housekeeping cleans my villa everyday (makes bed, etc) yet blatantly ignores the fact that I have no toilet paper rolls or soap in my bathroom.
When I raised all this to Botanika Estate’s Whatsapp, they just left me on seenzone. Zero accountability or offer for compensation. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — wish I could give zero stars and properly warn everyone else who is looking to book a stay here!
For those who are looking to stay within the next few weeks/months, especially DONT if you’re keen to noise. There is construction right adjacent to the villas (we were not informed prior) with loud drilling noises from morning til night (usually ends around 7:30pm, and the construction men can see through your windows so you have to keep all your curtains shut!)
