Excellent in Every Way – Highly Recommend!
Could not have asked for a better stay. The Choice Stay Hotel Denpasar is top-notch. Service: Impeccable and friendly. Room: Modern, spacious, and very clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud good

Short stay to review
We stayed at this hotel for one night, quite negative experience. The sheets and towels were stained; the guy who welcomed us unfriendly. The room spacious but dirty enough and the bathroom a bit cramped. Breakfast brought to the room at the wrong time and with unpleasant dishes, very reduced choice. On the contrary the boy found in the afternoon more helpful in helping.
The pool looked nice but we did not try it; in conclusion if you have to spend one night there can also go but for a longer stay I would avoid.

My sweet escape
I like staying at Choice Hotel Denpasar. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also not far from where you want to go. The most important thing is that this hotel is like home for me. Will come back for sure. Oh yes, maybe my suggestion is that the kitchen should also provide dish and glass washing soap.

Dramatic hotel and very unfriendly staff
Our experience with Choice Stay Denpasar; musty bedding with stains, not working sockets, not clean sanitary facilities, not properly working air conditioning.
Breakfast is expensive, 80k per person and after paying we hear that there is no buffet but that we can choose something from the menu; very basic, little variety.
The rooms are spacious, but that's all.
Check-in was also very difficult. After having just paid everything by card, we still had to pay 100k as a deposit (necessarily in cash) OR leave our passports behind the counter (?!).
So that was a 2 kilometer walk along a very busy road that is not suitable for pedestrians to an ATM for that deposit of no less than €6...
They said we could have breakfast downstairs in the lobby, but the next morning we were the only ones there and after 15 minutes there was no staff yet, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
We have had much better hotels in this price range on our trip. We left early.
It is a mystery to us that this hotel scores so high.

Bad experience. Paid for breakfast, in the morning we sat en waited: no breakfast. No staff, no one there.
Smelly bed, dirty shower, dirty spoons in the room. Didnt feel welcome, staff was not really nice. Only talked about money, so we left without having breakfast (but already paid) one day earlier. Staff didnt ask why. We coudnt find the pass of our room, they only mentioned we had to pay for that. Insane, we already paid 160 k for breakfast we didnt get and we paid for another night, so they have earned enough by exploiting. When we mentioned these topics we didnt get a emphatic response at all.
Don't go here!
