Good for basic stay low Budget!
Plenty room variety to suit your needs, I have room with AC, Fridge, Hot Water and TV. Basic service, old style bed, old style TV and bath room. Wifi in my area is super slow and on/off all the time. They have laundry and room service with limited options. Small swimming pool is there for chilling. Super helpful and friendly staff, thanks to Ayu.
Located about 150m from main street, construction is going on in the neighbourhood so a little inconvenient to walk around when the construction workers taking their time break. A bit noisy in the room itself because the other tenants park the motorcycle right in front of rooms. They do not have a genset, so when the government shut the electric power down, nothing we can do except sit out side and chill by the pool.
However, you get what you paid. 20 minutes walk to cultural park GWK, 10 mins by motor to Jimbaran beach.

A range of options according to budget
The place has a wide variety of options from small rooms with a shared kitchen facility at very low cost to still reasonably priced larger self contained units with TV, air con, refrigerator and small kitchen.
The place is located up a hill about 150 metres from the main street so is quiet. There is a small pool under a shady tree. The surrounds are cleaned constantly and is secure. It is not far from warungs and shops for most needs and is about 15 minutes from Jimbaran beach.
Staff are both friendly and helpful and responsive to requests.
Clients are a mix of local people and mostly younger tourists.
My comments are based on taking a self contained unit so I leave it for someone else to comment upon the basic rooms.
