Wonderful resort with the most lovely pool! Good breakfast. Better restaurants nearby for dinner.

Paradise awaits you in Jimbaran

We had a truly wonderful time. The hotel was simply perfect. We had an amazing room (Penthouse Sky, with its own private rooftop area with our own private plunge pool) which was perfect on all levels - comfort, decor, everything in perfect working order.
The daily breakfast was incredible - wide selection (we especially loved all of the local cuisines), fresh, flavoursome.
All of the hotel facilities (lagoon pool, swim up pool bar, fitness centre, reception area, Sky Lounge Bar, Bamboo Chic Restaurant) were of exceptional quality and perfectly maintained (with great food and drinks at Sky Lounge Bar & Bamboo Chic Restaurant).
The other great thing was all of the staff. Everyone made us feel very welcomed. We weren’t simply hotel guests. We almost felt like we became family members.
It’s also in a great location, with lots of restaurants options within very easy walking distance.

A True Home Away From Home – Exceptional Service

I recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Méridien Bali. What truly sets this property apart is the awesome, super hospitable service from the entire team—it genuinely feels like a home away from home.
A massive thank you to the Guest Service Manager, Ari, who personally oversaw our entire stay and handled all our arrangements flawlessly. She is one of the friendliest and genuine hotel manager I have encountered. I also want to give a special shoutout to Neysa, who was incredibly helpful with our pre-arrival birthday arrangements, making the trip feel extra special before we even stepped foot on the property.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and Erica always provides a very friendly and warm welcome to start our mornings. We also absolutely loved interacting with Nevi at the breakfast restaurant. She cooked us delicious daily local dish, always served with a beautiful smile, and went the extra mile to explain the food to us.
The resort's lagoon is a fantastic spot to just relax and unwind. The rooms might need a little bit of refurbishment in the future, they are incredibly cozy and comfortable. We stayed in the oceanic villa, the private pool and the whirlpool are the highlights of the villa!. The villas are located on the top floor, and there are no other room types on that floor, so you'll get the utmost privacy from a rather closely packed resort.
If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that adding a dedicated Indonesian restaurant on-site would make this hotel absolutely perfect. All in all, it was a spectacular trip with a team that truly knows how to take care of their guests. Highly recommended!

Not for us

We had high expectations however the hotel fell a long way short.
The suite room excellent for size but that’s where it ends. The pool area is small, there are not enough lounges or umbrellas. The one very average restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner so it gets very boring. The pool bar should be closed or not serve cocktails which are simply terrible and lastly please check your bill when you check out as the room rate they wanted to charge me per night was not the same as the confirmation email.
2 night stay maybe but not for us.

Incredible stay.

The hotel is simply perfect
A huge team that welcomes you with open arms, with big smiles and always very attentive.
I recommend getting rooms with a lagoon view or even better with direct lagoon access to add even more charm to the stay.
The breakfast is a huge all-you-can-eat sweet/savory buffet with hundreds of different choices, a real treat.
The bedding is high quality, the rooms are soundproofed.
Once again, a real plus for the staff who are wonderfully welcoming.
