Perfect location exactly in beac, with mini swimming pool and spacious bathroom and kitchen, staff (especially that boy in the reception) is very nice and helpful. I extend my stay for three days after seeing the environment and the attitude of the staff.
Strongly recommend it.

Looks Promising but Stay Away – Severe Mold Issues and No Refund

We wanted to extend our stay on Nusa Lembongan by three more nights — it felt almost too good to be true when we came across this little hidden gem, which, unlike everywhere else, had two rooms available. And as the saying goes… when something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
We paid a deposit for the first night and were really looking forward to checking in the following day. Upon arrival, we were handed the keys and told that one of the air conditioning units was broken and leaking. If only that had been the only issue…
I have never seen so much mold in my life — black spots covered the walls, the ceiling, even the toilet seat. It was everywhere. We asked if it would be possible to get our money back — even just 50% — but there was no willingness to find a solution.
We ended up using the Wi-Fi to quickly find an alternative place to stay. It would have been completely irresponsible to stay there with our children.
It’s unfortunate to have to leave a negative review, but we hope this can help others avoid making the same mistake.

Great location, value for money

The property is located right at the Jungutbatu beach barely 100 m or so from where the boat from Sanur dropped us. There is scooter rental available and a small pool. There was a mistake in the reservation and we were given the room on the ground floor instead of the one upstairs. We weren't going to stay for a long time in the room hence we were ok with it. There seems to be only one lady managing everything with little support which didn't seem right. Other than this though, no complains from the property as such as the bed was big enough for the three of us (2 adults and 1 child) to crash and the room overall was pretty neat and clean as well.

An absolute little gem of a hotel at a budget price. Right on the main beach where the ferries land with a pool to dip in once you have a swim in the sea. No traffic noise and only the sea to lull yourself to sleep. Komang and the family are super friendly and do their best to make your stay memorable. Units 3 & 4 on the upper level have great sea views and I imagine units 1 & 2 on the bottom level would too. You won’t be disappointed.
