Best staff and pools
The Atomic 17 pool bar staff were faces we became familiar with and have grown to adore! Specifically, Yande, Bayu, and Arika. They were so friendly and sweet! They will be missed by us!
At the R bar, we grew fondly of Eric as well. He was so kind and friendly!
We highly recommend this resort and staff!

Outstanding Service and True Luxury in Bali
From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the service was second to none. Every request, day or night, was handled promptly and with genuine care—whether we needed different pillows, transportation, everyday essentials, or room service at 5:00 a.m. for our World Cup final breakfast!
The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities throughout. The multilevel swimming pool area was particularly impressive: safe and enjoyable for children, while also offering quieter areas and some privacy for adults. Other facilities included a well-equipped health club and gym, an excellent selection of restaurants, live DJ entertainment and local cultural performances.
Our accommodation was immaculate, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. We initially stayed in a room with a private pool before moving to a larger two-bedroom residence, also with a pool and views over a lush tropical area. Both provided a genuine sense of luxury and tranquillity.
This is exactly what a holiday should be a chance to relax, recharge and escape the pace of everyday life.

Marriott fails
We paid over €3,800 for an apartment with balcony and private pool, but due to the extreme nuisance of the pile driving work next to the hotel we were hardly able to use it. From 07.30 to 18.00 there is a deafening sound that is clearly audible throughout the complex and by the pool.
Nothing was communicated about this beforehand and there was no warning on the website. Compensation was not possible, according to the hotel manager. Moreover, construction is far from finished, so the disruption will continue for the time being.
The hotel itself is fine: friendly staff, good food and nice, clean apartments.
