This was a dirty, untidy and run down hotel. We checked in and checked out after 2mins in the room.
Pictures displayed didn't show the real time condition of this hotel. If you stayed here for the first time in Bali and Sanur you would think Bali was a horrible place. This hotel needs major renovations and a good clean.
Swimming pool was cloudy and green. Pool area was messy. Pool light was hanging off the wall and dangerous to swimmers. The room was dirty and uncleanness. Room lights were falling off. Bathroom and room had mould on floor and wall. Don't stay here. The hotel wouldn't refund my money back as well. Not a great experience. Stay elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience with this accommodation was disastrous, and I feel obligated to share my disappointment to warn others.
The photos and descriptions of this property were completely misleading. Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation looked nothing like the pictures, which were clearly taken when the villa was brand new. The current state of the property was appalling—dirty, neglected, damp, and overall in a deplorable condition.
I decided to leave on the first day because the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to the staff to request a refund, I was met with complete unprofessionalism and indifference:
•The staff deliberately avoided communication.
•When they did respond, they offered excuses and redirected me to different phone numbers for complaints, which were never answered.
•Most of my emails and messages were ignored.
Despite providing evidence of the misleading photos and the poor quality of the services, I have still not received a refund. On top of the misrepresentation of the property, the way they handled complaints was extremely unprofessional.
I want to warn anyone considering booking this accommodation to be very cautious. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for the possibility that the reality might be completely different from what is advertised. The photos are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the property. Customer service is unhelpful, and if you encounter any issues, you are likely to experience the same dismissive attitude that I did.
My advice: Check reviews thoroughly, verify up-to-date photos, and carefully consider whether you want to risk your money and peace of mind. I hope you can avoid an experience like mine.

A bad joke, disgusting

We don't stay more than 30 minutes. After we got our room, We noticed that the climate machine also had a bad smell. The room was dirty. There were cigarette butts on the terrace. The terrace door also doesn't work properly. The bedding smells like wich one not washed a year ago. The sofa looks like a used casting couch fully spotted. The water in the pool was green and dirty.
There was mold in the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror looks like a 100 year old. After 30 minutes We leave the place.
So don't be fooled by the pictures they use to advertise themselves on the internet those pics are made when it was a brand new hotel.
We don't get a refund.

Disaster

Although we went on vacation with the thought that the hotel is not really important, but rather the experiences, but still the hotel and all the stress around it screwed up everything. We arrived in the night overtired. And already with the first step on the terrain I thought it looks similar, but is not like in the pictures on the Internet. When we were overtired by the flight into three different rooms until we could stay in the fourth, it has already passed me. In the first room the light did not work, you could still see that it was totally dirty and neglected. In the second room they had water damage, which apparently had been unnoticed for a long time. It smelled totally of mold. In the third room, the air conditioning was as loud as if you were still at the airport on the runway. About the cleanliness i don’t have to lose a word. But the staff was very committed. And the fourth room was the "best" we could stay there. The room was dirty, lime everywhere, the wallpapers rolled up from the walls, in the kettle a whole animal world has found its home, the furniture was all already broken, dirty. The sofa looked like it had been stored on the road for days in wind and weather.
The room looked so disgusting that you didn't want to take a shower despite about 19 hours of flight and road so as not to get out of the shower even dirtier. In the 14 days our towels have never been changed only folded again. There was no microwave as described, there was no safe as described, the balcony door could not be locked, theoretically everyone could get into the room via the balcony. That meant because of the missing safe and the balcony door you had to carry everything important with you. The breakfast buffet consisted of dry rice and meat from the previous day felt. There were dark deposits on the edge of the cups. The whole hotel has made it look like no one has taken care of it in the last 10 years. The staff understood very little English and we had to ask for toilet paper every day. Because such things were never replenished. The best thing was when the staff said on the penultimate day that they had no more toilet paper.
All in all, we spent significantly more money to not spend much time in this hotel. That was the worst vacation we had. Four stars is so extremely lying that there is no expression for it. They shouldn't even get half a star.

Hotel is totally rundown.. corridors walls broken , dirty and looks spooky. Balcony’s door could not closed properly. Kitchen cabinets is about to fell off, picture showing room with sofa yet there is not sofa.
