Great hotel :)
Our apartament was so big and clean we really loved it :) food it’s very good aswell but not huge menu . Only one thing what hotel should think about it’s giving us bracelet from hotel and staff should keep
Eye on guests because people from other hotel came to our swimming pool !!
Definitely 5 stars hotel

Nice and big hotel, but the service can be improved. On both nights I needed to request for americano to be served on to my table for more than one time, the first request seemed to be forgotten.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay everything amazing peaceful relaxing only thing can fault price off food other than that amazing stay will be back

The lobby is nice, very spacious and plenty of seats while waiting check in. But the check in time is after 3pm which is a bit late compared with our hotels at 2pm. We booked on the day so it was a bit last minute. The booked the standard room on the lower ground. When we entered the room it was very smelly, feels like humid and mouldy. Because it was lower ground which is like basement so there is no windows and also there are no fans in the bathroom, ventilation is not good for that type of room. If you stay more than 1 night, it’s better to book the higher level room which has windows or balcony. There is wear and tear which is fine but they need deep cleaning regularly to maintain the room to high standard to match the 5 star rating. You can see the dirty marks on the tiles and dust around TV table areas. Not sure if they do vacuum regularly. The bedding quilt and sheet are humid, not sure if it is because of the poor ventilation or they haven’t dried them completely in the dryer. The bad smell which they can probably add some diffuser or room spray to make it smell pleasantly. There is room to improve the cleanliness for sure. The breakfast is nice, many choices but you need to wait a bit to be seated. There is free shuttle bus to Bali collection which is nice. The amenities are nice there are beach club, swimming pools and heaps of kids activities. Will be better suit for families for holidays. The location is ok in Nida dua, no traffic jam heading to airport on 31 Dec, cheaper to call bluebird taxi to travel around.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are glad that you liked our luxury lobby. The check-in time at 3pm is standard in all other hotels in Nusa Dua, and please also be mindful that we have an extended check-out time at 12noon (instead of 11am like other hotels). If guests arrive earlier they can also enjoy our beach club restaurant and infinity pool.
Regarding the room type, we provide a very accurate description of the cheapest/entry level room called exactly "Lower Ground - No View". In the photos of this room provided to most of online agencies, we put an additional disclaimer to make sure guests understand that this room type is located in the basement and does not have natural light. However, we do have 6 other (better) room types, and we encourage all of our guests to consider an upgrade for just a little amount. We have ventilation on the inner courtyard as well as in the bathroom, but December is the month of highest humidity in Bali as it's the rainy season and this may affect the perception of our guests. Cleanliness should not be excused, the room must be perfectly clean all around and we will revise what happened in the particular case of your room - we must agree with you that a 5-star standard must have a 5-star level of cleanliness. However, the marks on the floor are not dirtiness but chemical stains that, unfortunately cannot be removed but we are looking into replace the marble tiles completely. There are some diffusers available in our resort, so if you have raised your concern we could have installed one in your room.
At least we got your very positive review of our breakfast, our shuttle bus, our beach club, swimming pools, and all the activities for families and children. As you mentioned, we are in a location where traffic can be avoided (unlike other areas in Bali) and is cheap to move around with taxis.
Overall, we thank you for your review and your recommendation in a nutshell: fantastic resort but better to book a higher room category. As for the cleanliness, we should review why your room wasn't as perfect as it should.

Location in less busy area in less crowded area. Fantastic breakfast spread. Good amenities.
