When we arrived, our bed was stained. Our pillows were stained. Our towels were dirty. Our AC was leaking or outside bed was also stained. I called the reception to let them know about our issues and there was only a security guard working and he did the best he could, which was leave a note for the staff tomorrow.
There was a lot of mosquitoes and they didn’t have the light in that kills them all and we had to use the plug-in ones which didn’t work.

AMAZING STAY

Vinna Villa Seminyak exceeded my expectations for a relaxing staycation. The villa itself is a beautiful sanctuary, featuring a spacious layout, impeccably clean surroundings, a private pool, and a lush garden that offers a serene escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, with Merly FO standing out as incredibly helpful and friendly.
The villa's location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. This allows guests to explore the vibrant Seminyak area while still enjoying the peace and privacy of their own villa. Overall, Vinna Villa Seminyak offers a luxurious escape with exceptional service and a convenient location, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable Bali getaway.

Vinna villa

What a beautiful room it was well presented extremely clean with a great air-conditioning. The pool was so inviting each morning and afternoon great staff we loved staying here the only bad thing I could say needs a bigger hot water system the water went cold before me and my wife finished showering
