Birthday my daughter
Thank you so much for the incredible surprise for our son's first birthday, Raline.
From the beginning of the reservation with the help of the FO team, to the check-in and check-out process, everything went very smoothly. Every single request we had was handled quickly and professionally. At first I only requested mirror art, but it turns out there was a super team that gave our kids an extra surprise—such a heartwarming moment, we were so happy!
For housekeeping is also very friendly. I stayed in room 507 on 05-05-26, and it was completely cleaned up—cleanliness on point, almost no dust at all. Even when Raline accidentally pissed on the bed, the blanket was immediately replaced quickly without ribs. Really appreciate the responsiveness and care.
At breakfast, our experience was very enjoyable. The waitresses and chefs were very friendly, even explaining the menu in detail, and the taste also fits on the tongue. Great service and great food!
For the waitress mother forgot her name. Sorry a little old mother is always healthy. May I meet you on another occasion.

Hotel with an elegant, classy concept in the city centre
One of the best hotels for a short escape if you play to the town, a hotel that is really good for a wire in the middle of the town of the town, because its strategic location is in the city center and also only 7 minutes from Tol Pasteur

Staycation this time at the Arto Hotel Suites Akila Bandung really-bener made a really good look
From the first entrance the room directly liked because the room is very spacious and comfortable. The interior is aesthetic, there are many mirrors so it gets more beautiful for photos and ready to get better. In the room there is also a cozy sofa to relax while watching TV after a day of walks in Bandung.
The bed is super tight and comfortable, sleeping very well ✨✨
The bathroom is also spacious, clean, and the facilities are complete. The amenities are complete, plus there is a bath suitable for relaxing me time after exhausted activity.
Which makes it even more comfortable, the closet in his room is also full of safe so it feels safe to store important things. Overall the experience here is lively and comfortable. Suitable for staycation with a partner, family, or self-healing
