Very quiet and peaceful retreat
Very quiet and remote place. About 1hr 30 mins from Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal
The staff are very welcoming and pleasant
The food is very delicious at the restaurant and reasonably priced
The premise is very clean and a beach to die for

Cons
The bathroom needs a very good scrubbing
The tv signal was out but in the other chalets it was alright
We thought the tv signal was out for all the chalets
It wasn’t fair of the management to give us the chalet without tv reception
There is nothing else to do here except swimming for us
We ordered the sambal chicken. Very tasty but comes with lots of bones and fragments. Should have used chicken fillets
Overall I really enjoyed the place because of the beach

Especially during the week it is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big Bintan resorts, you will find real relaxation here.
What makes this resort special is the extremely friendly and courteous staff. You feel welcome and well looked after from the first moment – the service is really outstanding.
The complex is well maintained, the bungalows are charmingly decorated and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, but the relaxed atmosphere is maintained.
For those who love peace, nature and warm service, this is the place to be.

Wonderful service and beach
the private beach is great. The service crew and staff definitely went the extra mile during our stay. Lovely crew and they all loved our 2.5 y.o.
My husband left his phone in the land transfer car, after we had checked out and had already reached the ferry terminal. We called the hotel reception and they managed to contact the driver and he had the phone delivered back to us.
A very big thank you and very grateful for this!
Hardware details like door knobs and hinges needs repair, aircon leaks, some ants and killed a cockroach in the middle of the night, breakfast can be more children-friendly

Very nice cosy resort with the best service in Bintan !
An awesome place for a weekend getaway ! Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very good rooms with all the basic amenities. Nice beachside seating for the restaurant. Availability of activities like cycling, ATV, Pool, Volleyball etc make it a perfect place for fun with family and friends. A highly recommended place for your Bintan vacation !

Cosy small resort
Madu Tiga is in very beautiful part of the Trikora beach. Water is bit shallow, but high tide time, its ok for a swim.
The bungalows are tidy and surprisingly modern from inside. I think we had deluxe room. Seems like there is not much diffrence in the rooms.
Staff is so nice and the do they're best to keep you happy. Even tho most of them does not speak much english and often they get orders wrong. Romy speaks good english and will help with everything.
One thing we gould not get through the staff, was that we dont like to drink warm( like heatened warm) water ( it was served with breakfast) They did not understand. Maybe one time we got it cool like wanted. Sometimes not water at all. Juice would have been bitter, but in breakfast sets there was'nt.
Things we wanted to know:
- there is no fridge in the rooms.
- if you stay longer ( we were there 6 nights) selection of the food gets bit boring. There is not many other dining options in walking distance.
+ yes, they have beer. Not other alcohol drinks. ( might have been some breezer also. Not sure)
+ yes, its ok to wear a bikini at the beach
+Wi-fi works well
