Ibis is the best!
Ibis is always my first choice whenever I come to Jakarta. The room, the food is always excellent. Today, Nabila and Gian have beautifully assisted me with my late check out. They were helpful and amazing. Thank you. See you soon!

Great value for money, highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for a night in a Deluxe Room. For the price, it offers fantastic value. The room was spacious, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The location is another plus. I chose this hotel because I needed to attend an event at Indonesia Arena and it’s conveniently close. There are also local eateries within walking distance, so I got to savor some authentic local cuisine. On the other side of the road, there’s a convenience store, which is just a short walk away. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to a few places, which is a nice touch, although I didn’t use it myself.
The toilet is spacious, but I have a small suggestion. It would be great if they could add hooks inside the bathroom to hang towels. Currently, there isn’t one and that would be a simple yet practical improvement.
The breakfast was also good. It wasn’t a huge spread, but it was more than sufficient. For a 2 to 3-night stay, I think the variety and rotation would still be acceptable. Given the price point, it’s more than fair. And the coffee is a nice bonus – they use a proper coffee machine, not instant coffee, which I really appreciated!
Overall, I can’t fault this place. For the quality and price, it’s an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Great Amenities but 24/7 Noise
The Good:
Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows.
Water refill stations on every floor are a convenient touch.
Good variety for breakfast, including a great coffe/espresso machine located in the kids section.
Convenient location making Grab rides cheap and easy to get anywhere.
Very helpful, polite, and professional service throughout the stay.
The Bad:
Constant Street Traffic: Situated between two major roads, so traffic noise is loud regardless of which side your room faces.
* 24/7 Industrial Noise: Directly behind the hotel sits a concrete mixing station that operates non-stop. Throughout the night, you will hear heavy trucks loading concrete and workers shouting directions over a loudspeaker.
Avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper or need a quiet night's rest. Accor/Ibis should explicitly disclose this surrounding industrial activity on their website so guests know what to expect.

Spaniards in Jakarta - good experience
We arrived tired after a trip through Bali to spend one night before going to the airport and it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Nabila who assisted us at the front desk and was attentive to all our needs. The facilities were clean and good value for money.

Very comfortable stay, amazing staff and good location. Odd layout for the bathroom and toilet and could use some modernisation but honestly no real issues and still useable.
Breakfast was a little bland but kids really enjoyed the extra activities. One of the nights the hotel had provided games consoles which the family really enjoyed
