Another great stay. Don’t overlook this Hotel.
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out.
The room was quite cool and comfortable. The bed was very good not to hard.
We stayed there for a few weeks and breakfast was a joy to have. A special mention for Ade who made sure we never wanted for anything. He was super friendly and always happy when we chatted in the morning. Else was also very helpful. The food was very good and always hot and fresh.
I’d also like to thank Dewi on the management team for her help.
I can’t recommend this Hotel highly enough for me the best in Medan.
Thankyou to everyone who made our stay so good,
We should be there again next year.
