The best resort on a hidden gem of an island
Our family of 5 stayed in a beautiful 2 story traditional villa, overlooking the ocean, which is just a minute away. The beach was great for snorkeling, and ideal for children. There are few restaurants nearby. Thankfully, the hotel comes with a wonderful menu and a gorgeous veranda. All the staff were kind to our rowdy children as well. The only downside is that all the rooms/villas are located on a slope, so plenty of stairs to travel up or down daily.

Exceptional experience
Our time on Pulau Weh was incredible. The people here, in the resort and outside are so incredibly friendly and helpful!
The service in Casanemo we found extremely accommodating. Feeling was thought along with every wish or question to make our stays even more pleasant. Really top notch!
The facility is beautiful and is lovingly maintained daily. Wishes like a second fan, a second ceiling, taxi to the port, a tour and much more was made possible for us without any problems.
We would have liked to have stayed there even longer. If we visit Pulau Weh next time, then we definitely stay in Casanemo again.

What a fantastic experience, after our tour of Sumatra, to unwind.
What a friendly staff! Every day you were welcomed with a smile by the entire staff. Time for a chat and personal attention.
We even received a "love letter" from the manager with a personal message for us.
They are also working hard on the environment and raising awareness among the local population. The massages at Casa Nemo are fantastic.
In short TOP! Highly recommended for anyone to stay there.

Casa Nemo....Just perfect.
This is a review of the restaurant at this resort and not of the resort itself...What a wonderful experience !!! While on a motorbike tour of Pulau Weh Sandy-my driver-and I stopped for morning coffee and something to eat at the restaurant in Casa Nemo....We were not disappointed...I ordered coffee and pancakes...The pancakes took a little time to arrive-understandably as they were being freshly prepared...They were worth waiting for-freshly prepated,beautifully presented and served by a friendly,professional waitress...Every staff member that I met was friendly and welcoming and genuinely happy to serve us...I loved that place...When I return to Pulau Weh next year it is there that I will stay...Top marks...10 out of 10.

Absolute recommendation – it doesn’t get any better!
I am just grateful that I booked this accommodation. This is by far the best accommodation in all of Pulau Weh, and that is no exaggeration. I travel a lot and I have really rarely seen such a Price quality ratio. On this island, this is simply the best accommodation you can find.
What made my holiday really special was the overall package. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and at the same time totally warm. You just feel right at home and welcome without it seeming put on.
And then the food. I only ate there at first and found it so good that I almost automatically went back again and again. At one point I thought I'd try something different on the island, but after that it was clear to me: I'm just eating here. I used to work as a chef in an Italian restaurant myself, so I know what I'm talking about. The food is really, really good – and then also at a price that is so fair that I would have felt bad not to tip. I tipped every time because it just couldn't help it. That's how good it was. And the staff all super friendly anyway.
You don't have to say much about the rooms. The pictures speak for themselves anyway. But in real life it's even nicer. You don't get such accommodation on Pulau Weh again. I've rarely seen such a good overall package in the world.
The grounds are large, you have your own beach, the atmosphere is relaxed, thoughtful and everything was thought of. From Service to design to mood – simply coherent.
I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone. Whoever books here does everything right.
