Amazing & unique place

Amazing place! I recently spent some days with my boyfriend and it was a great experience. The view is stunning from the rooms, the restaurant and the rooftop. The hotel is on the hillside so you are surrendered by nature and jungle. Also is a perfect spot to see the sunset.
The prices are really good so I highly recommend this place!

Avoid this place at all costs!!

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! This was the worst stay ever. There were bed bugs in the bed. Urine and poo at the toilet seat. It was very dirty so I escaped to another place for 2 days and came to pick up my suitcase at the day of check out and found a head and part of a body of a dead mouse on the couch! And the bin was still full and of course the room wasn't cleaned.
I have paid 720000 rupiah a night and the owner yelled at me that I couldn't find a place in Kuta for that price and refused to give me any kind of refund.
I never write bad reviews, but I really need to warn you for this place. It is very very bad!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Nice Bungalow nice restaurant but bad French man owner

Nice views ,nice Viber ,nice dog ,nice cat nice Bungalow ,nice restaurant but bad French owner !
The Bungalow was nice the food was delicious but never quite the France man owner always do working in the night until late ,the manager is fake the staff really nice . the France man owner really need to change management not like hotel but like zoo

NEVER stay here -terrible experience and your credit card will be fraudulently charged

It has been 7 months since I stayed at this property, which - by the way - lasted for less than 12 hours. While there were some understandable miscommunications with the staff, the real piece was management. Hot mess, to say the least. Well, it's now June, nearly July 2020 and I just got a notification from my bank that this establishment has taken it upon themselves to charge my card. For what? No reason at all because HELLO NO ONE IS TRAVELING. I've filed a case for fraudulent activity, but clearly the staff who executed these BS charges are not the smartest individuals. GET YOUR BUSINESS TOGETHER - shame on your management!!!

Good option

We stayed for two nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. Wifi and breakfast could be better. The view from the cliff is beautiful. Consider renting a moped form the front desk to get around as it is not walking distance from the heart of the town. We rented one and loved it.
