Ok for short stay

The hotel is okay for a short stay. There was no hairdryer in the room. Breakfast starts at 6am and offers a wide choice. The staff were friendly. There is a roof terrace with beautiful views. Drink prices for indon. Relatively expensive. There's not much you can do in Berau. In front of the hotel is a shop where there are pastries and very good waffles. KFC is also nearby. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. A free airport shuttle is offered.

I stayed in a palmy hotel with my work partner, a strategic place very close to the culinary center, the food was very delicious, the service was very good and I was served by mas Reyhan's responsibility, very cheap smile very recommended by served by mas Reyhan and hope the palmy can grow better

Ugly service dirty water and little flowing

The fasiltas I've found are very buruj, the water is brown and the water heater doesn't work. Service is slow when we complain. No explanation why this facility could be like this? It is highly unrecommended to stay here anymore the worse the facilities and services are. Very disappointing old customers.
