This is a really good hotel, nice position overlooking the bay, great pool and sun deck, two cafes across the road and a 10 minute walk to the main strip. All staff, from the security at the entry, to reception staff and of course the waiters are really engaging and warm and go out of their way to assist. Some areas that could be improved are maintenance around the pool, planks on the jetty, and less use of plastic soap tubes and water bottles. The restaurant uses metal re-usable straws but the rest of the hotel does not seem environmentally aware. The bay could do with a staff member popping out each morning to collect the plastic debris from the beach and sea which spoils an otherwise perfect view. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but a coffee machine rather than percolated coffee would be great. I really enjoyed my stay here but hope that my feedback may be taken on board to raise it from being a good hotel to being a great hotel.

Current construction makes a relaxing day poolside impossible

The polite thing to do is advertise that you are constructing and that the entire day you will hear noise. If you fail to advertise then before securing a booking reach out to the guests. The first room the safe and phone did not work. Got moved to a second room phone still not working but I gave up. Very few guests around during the day and I understand why as most people are off exploring. 15 minute walk to down town was easy. No sun umbrellas poolside and zero drink service poolside. When you are the only one poolside for the day one would expect someone came and checked if you wanted a drink. No cocktails no wine this a beer only hotel which to be honest could be colder. A huge shout out to Ina in the restaurant who was beyond welcoming engaging and simply a beautiful soul.

Good for a 1 Night Stop

Nice pool, but austere room and average restaurant. Good for a 1 night stop before going to or from Bali/Komodo. Service was average.

Humble, simple, affordable but memorable simple stay in the heart of Labuan Bajo. Comfortable room and reasonable room rate, nice pool, food and beverages, nice view and great hospitality from all staffs. Thank you Mba Rosi for efficient check in process and all Laprima staffs for great services and hospitality. Look forward to come back here again.

We stay here for 3 nights. Great place to commute around town. All the staff are amazing!! Great hospitality. I’d love to comeback here again !
