Beautiful roof terrace with pool

We had a stay at this hotel for 4 nights on our tour around Jordan. This was supposed to be our luxury and relaxation stay and it was. Unbelievably lovely roof terrace with beautiful, clean pool and lovely tranquility. A delicious breakfast was also served up here every day, and you could enjoy the evening up here. Good rooms with everything you need. Last but not least, very service-minded, helpful and friendly staff

There are better alternatives in Aqaba

First impression during check-in was fine. Lobby was clean, spacious and super friendly staff.
Changed when we get into our room. We booked a double room, they gave us a triple with three single beds, removed one after being asked for it and pushed the remaining two beds together. So instead of a double which we expected as a couple we had two singles that moved constantly.
Bathroom was not cleaned, even empty shampoo bottles from previous guests flying around. Extremely small, smelly, clocked shower drain and leaking sink. at least the toilet was working as expected. And the bathroom was TINY.
Looks like the hotel was recently renovated or refurbished, inside it looked kind of new. But looking outside the window there was a huge rubbish dump, old beds, mattresses etc. No approach to remove it or clean that space.

Agressive communication

Don't go!!! Very offensive and agressive in the communication. Our flights were cancelled due to the very dangerous situation in the area. They refuse to help or give refund back.
It is an extraordanary situation and we can't go because airline company's don't fly because it is to dangerous. And the hotel laughs and say why dangerous it is not dangerous here so we don't do anything!!!

Very nice hotel

I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality / price ratio is very good. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the center and maximum 10 minutes to the public beach. It is very close to shops and restaurants. About 5 minutes you climb a small hill, but it is not exhausting. The rooms are large, the bed mattresses are comfortable and have their own balcony. There is also a mini fridge in the room. The dressing is not closed, it consists of some shelves, but it did not bother us. the cleaning is relatively ok, you have to ask them to come and do the cleaning, otherwise no one will bother you. The bathroom is ok, the hot water is given by a boiler and you have clean towels. leakage from the sink and shower should be unclogged. At the same time, the hotel benefits from a small indoor pool and jacuzzi.
