Amazing Petra stay

Room is nice with pool and Petra mountain view. Amazing new hotel with nice staff like Abdullah from the Reception to Alyamamah at the restaurants. The team incl concierge, pool staff were very kind and offer warm hospitality!
I'd come back again next time ❤️

Very Good Dining Experience

We had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Special mention to Ahmad and team. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend the restaurant!

Fantastic trip to Petra

We arrived after a long day of walking in Petra and enjoyed great service and some wonderful beers sitting at the pool
Bar in the crowne plaza. Ahmed and Mahmoud were great hosts and bartenders.

Amazing & Perfect

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Resort Petra from 22–24 August 2026 for our 10th wedding anniversary, and our experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The team surprised us with beautiful anniversary decorations, flowers and rose petals in our room. We were also extremely grateful for the room upgrade, early check-in and late check-out, all of which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Abdullah Hilalat, Assistant Front Office Manager, who communicated with us before our arrival and took such great care of every detail. His kindness, professionalism and personal attention made a real difference.
The entire Crowne Plaza Resort Petra team showed us extraordinary warmth and genuine hospitality. There are many excellent hotels, but what makes a hotel truly special is its people — and this team is simply outstanding.
They turned our anniversary into a memory we will keep for the rest of our lives. We will absolutely try to return. Truly the best of the best.
