I never lived there, but the staff were great

I first booked on another popular website, and it was written that it was 650 m from the center. I took it) I had never been to Astana before and thought that I would be in the center) but this turned out not to be the case. In Astana, it’s difficult to determine the center at all) but life is on the left bank, and this hotel is on the right) and is not located, so to speak, in the city area)) I looked around and decided to leave right away. BUT!!! Here I want to say a huge thank you to the staff who understood very well that this was not what I expected and canceled my reservation without penalty. Very well-mannered, very intelligent people. Many thanks for this

Jelsomino Boutique Hotel

Jelsomino Hotel located in Astana city in Kazakhstan.
Here have categories of the rooms and all of them very beautiful and equipped .
All the staff educated and very friendly with smiley face and very strong manager, help to you to have very happy moment.
I have an experience to stay here and I suggest to you, if come to the Astana city, be sure to experience this hotel that have the prettiest days and memories .

how could i have expected more for about 30 USD?

friendly but not very motivated staff.
there is only hot or cold water, anything in between is a matter of how skilled you are on finetuning the water tap.
at about 01:00 am some delivery guy knocked on my door, woke me up and found out that he was in the wrong hotel.
tried to fall asleep but there was a latent noise like water rippling, that prevented me from falling asleep again. i adressed that to the reception but they said they cannot do anything.
room temperature was at about 28 °C when i entered.
poor soundproofing demonstrated that the people in tve neighbouring room had more fun than i did.
slow but stable wifi

Great Staff & Beautiful Rooms

Beautiful room, very high ceilings, very spacious and nice bed with 2 tv's in the suite. 2 Bathrooms so very convenient. The hotel is in the "old city" but by car is only like 15 minutes away to the new city. Safe parking and very friendly reception staff. Very nice breakfast as well.
The only issue is that the Jacuzzi tub was not working which was really upsetting, we were offered a room change but we had so much suitcases it would be a hassle.

inexpensive nice hotel

nice accomodation, wi-fi worked perfectly and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, concerning the low price. bus-stations are in close proximity to bring you almost everywhere in Astana for just 90 TG (25 cent)
