Family stay in Massai
Couldn't expect the comfort level of the resort, from the rooms to the small details of our stay we had a wonderful experience.

Unique and immersive experience in nature
Exotic and immersive stay in the heart of Masai Mara.
Luxury tents are a real highlight: spacious, well decorated and perfectly integrated into nature. They are separated from each other by trees, which guarantees calm and privacy. Some offer views of the river, others of the forest, with a constant presence of birds, monkeys (rarities) and other small animals around the camp. The bathroom, in stone walls, contrasts pleasantly with the canvas bedroom part.
The service is particularly neat: the staff opens the canvases in the morning (with mosquito nets), closes them in the evening during dinner, installs the mosquito net around the bed and can even provide a bottle when it is cooler. Each tent also has a nice private terrace.
The camp is located within the Masai Mara National Park, while remaining secure thanks to an electric fence, which allows you to enjoy the experience in complete tranquility.
The food is good but the choice is limited. Important negative: water pays for itself during meals, even though water is not safe to drink.
Some activities are offered on site, but facilities are limited, including the pool which is quite small.
Also noteworthy: local women offer items for sale within the camp. Prices are negotiable and photos are usually paid for.
The electricity is cut off at certain times of the day (usually between 4pm and 6pm, as well as between midnight and 4am), which may surprise but remains consistent with the operation of a camp in the middle of nature.
In short, a unique and immersive experience in the middle of nature with excellent service, despite some points to improve on the restoration and infrastructure.

An unforgettable stay at Sarova Mara Game Camp – exceptional hospitality
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sarova Mara Game Camp in the Masai Mara, in one of the luxury lodges. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect : the setting, the atmosphere, the service, and above all, the kindness of the entire team.
We would especially like to mention Caroline, who took care of us throughout our stay. She was truly exceptional, incredibly gentle, kind, caring, attentive, and always there with a warm smile. Her genuine kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay even more special. Caroline made us feel so welcome and cared for, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. She truly deserves to be recognised and praised for her outstanding service.

Haven amidst the jungle

Out of this World, the Best place to stay when visiting the Mara
Beautiful camp, amazing tents, far exceeded our expectations and the bath was an added bonus.
Food was plentiful, delicious and great choice.
Staff very friendly and welcoming Oli, George and the rest of the team couldn’t do enough for us. The little touches for our 25th Anniversary made our stay even more memorable.
