Great restauran

We have gone to the restaurant of the hotel, it was great experience. Cozy garden, fair prices, nice coctails, even a small waterfall))
The service was also great. Edna was our waitress and she was very positive

Hidden Germ

This is indeed a hidden Germ checked in only for 1 night and must say very well maintained good for family and if your in Mombasa for business.
Special thanks to faith for the great hospitality I would highly recommend

They are running a reservation fee scam

We wanted to go to the restaurant for Christmas Eve Dinner so we called them first, and they advised that due to the busy season we should make a reservation. They advised that the redeemable reservation fee was KES 3,000/= which we immediately paid. So tell me why we got there only for them to not redeem the fee, which we realized a few minutes after leaving, upon which I called to notify them of the error, but it took 2 days for them to accept and confirm that they hadn't redeemed the fee. They also maintained that it was non-refundable and as such, we should just wait to redeem it the next time we were there. Bold of them to assume I would be back given how tasteless their mushroom pepper steak was and how bad their Zanzibar sauce was (it tasted like chicken broth with a hint of a coconut that was harvested from the tree before being fully ready to just drop). Oh, and did I mention their menu has no allergen information yet about half of it (at least on the chicken list) contains milk and is therefore a hazard to lactose-intolerant people? Also, what if I am not from around here? So when do I get to redeem this fee?
Nonsense place honestly, other than the picturesque setting. Their parking is also tiny so either Uber there or if you have a big car park outside. Oh, and the person responsible for this entire reservation fee mess is a very unprofessional someone called Esther.

REFRESHING RECLINE AT SIGNATURE BY LAFATTORIA

Everytime I close my laptop for a break I just think of the Signature by LaFattoria because it was the most refreshing 1+ week I have spent at a resort.
A good launching pad to the coastal attractions. - In the suite I was sleeping in they had a detailed brochure to all the attractions and activities around which made it easier for us to explore and discover other things.
The ambiance is something I miss especially now with this sudden Nairobi cold.
The food potions are very big. Fresh ingredients and the orders don't take long at all.
The suite I stayed in was swanky, very clean with a mini fridge and a security safe for your valuables (Superior Deluxe Room option on their website). It had a balcony as well. Air conditioning is standard all through the resort which is everything for me when I go to hot weather regions.
Very friendly, energetic and clean staff with beautiful uniforms
Zen level. Try it!!

A memorable experience

A true definition of an exquisite boutique hotel is what this hotel displays.. home far away from home is a name fit for the hotel. The hotel has elegant rooms, a cool relaxing garden with a waterfall. Great service, friendly staff and great food and not forgetting refreshing mocktails.
