Superb place to stay

We had 5 nights booked and extended our stay another night.
My family and I loved this place.. stayed on one of the lake rooms... beautiful sitting on our balcony.
The rooms were lovely and big.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff are brilliant, so friendly and happy.
Breakfast was lovely, nice selection.
The pool was great. Towels provided beds in the pool to relax on.
Great location to walk into town/night market.
One thing and it's by no means a complaint more some advice.
They need to put shower matts or anti slip matts in bathroom & toilet. It's so very slippery. My young daughter had to wear shoes in there, my husband had a nasty fall which could have been worse.
However
Would definitely recommend and return if we ever came back to Luang Prabang

Superb in every possible way!

The Jam Boutique Hotel is set in beautiful, lush & tropical gardens around a gorgeous blue pool which the block of rooms overlook and a lily-filled green lake around which sit the bungalows with their waterside terraces. The breakfast is served on a decked seating area between the pool and the lake so it’s a pleasure to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and choice of food ranging from eggs & bacon through to fresh waffles, pancakes and fruit platters with yoghurt & honey.
We stayed in a bungalow and enjoyed its warm wood interior, high ceilings, wide lakeside terrace and modern fixtures and fittings in the bathroom and wall mounted smart-TV with relaxing daybed-style sofa to enjoy catching up on the latest Netflix using hotel WiFi. On our last day we discovered the free-to-use good quality bicycles to nip across the 250 meter stretch onto Main Street where you can find anything from cakes & coffees, great local cuisine or just a burger!
I’d also recommend the Jam Boutique for its excellent staff and attentive service at all times; nothing is too much.
Overall, the Jam Boutique Hotel offers a tropical oasis in the heart of Luang Prabang that we enjoyed enormously!

This lovely, boutique hotel was perfect. A real oasis tucked away from the street. My room was huge and I loved my deck on the pond. It was a perfect sitting area. A really nice feature was the courtyard around my room with outdoor bathtub! Pool area was really nice and not crowded. Breakfast by the pond was great. We used the free bikes that were offered to tour around. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
I had an issue with my booking that was discovered upon check in and the staff quickly remedied it very satisfactorily. That was much appreciated.
Would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel when in Luang Prabang.

Great value luxury

New and fabulous hotel , for the money, I paid £60 per night I cannot fault it ,we had a spacious very clean bungalow with shower, balcony overlooking a small lake and a bathtub in our own private garden. Great staff who helped us with tours.
The inclusive breakfast was good too.
