Utmost peaceful relaxing atmosphere

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful organic place. Takes you back years & years how beautiful , peaceful, wholesome life was.
No TV & No AC. Part of the concept of making a person unwind, relax, smell fresh air, oxygen. Fans are provided. I would definitely return for a longer period. Never spoken to my family face to face for so long.
Breakfast is wonderful. Eggs, cheese, pastries, cucumbers, tomatoes etc.. they sell delicious homemade jams, goat cheese as well.
Lots of wasps which is part of the nature surrounded by mountains. As long as you don't touch them, the wasps don't touch you.
The rooms are lovely. Love their furniture and simplicity. They provide lovely smelling soap, toilet paper and towels. Beds are comfortable., perfect for my painful back. The food served at lunch and dinner delicious. Mohammed takes good care of his customers providing excellent customer service whenever needed .
Places to park your car. Nearby supermarkets and an excellent hairdressers Oudai is close by as well.
Staff are friendly and cooperative.
I absolutely love this place ❤️ and will return one day soon.

Rude customer service

I didnt stay at the hotel but I called la maison de sources in order to book for a suite as a bride and the person who answered the call was very rude. I was trying to ask him if i can book the suite and also use it for my make up, bridesmaids and pre wedding photoshoot with my bridesmaids in the room. The man on the phone was very unhelpful, impatient and very rude. He kept saying we dont do that and we have never had a bride before and closed the phone in my face!
This is not how a guest house management should talk to a potential customer especially a bride who was going to book along with other rooms with her family and friends
No matter what, no hotel, guesthouse or any business related company should EVER CLOSE THE PHONE on a potential CUSTOMERS FACE
In addition, till now i received no apology from the rude person and i tried to call again and i even sent a whatsapp message showing my disappointment and no apologies whatsoever
What kind of service is this??

Safe Haven

Small haven of peace, in the heart of nature. We had a delicious time in the Maison des Sources. The room is decorated with care, the food is delicious and homemade. The welcome there is also wonderful. In short, we will come back without hesitation!

Think twice, you can find better options

Overrated, lacking hospitality and overpriced.
The architecture is nice, place has potential so it's a shame it's not well managed. For the price we paid we definitely expected a richer breakfast and a much better service. Only toiletries offered are liquid hand soap and shampoo/body wash.
The whole place closes at 11pm, you cannot even access the kitchen to get a drink or make yourself a tea.
For less than half what we paid, our friends stayed at a nearby place where they had mini bar, air conditioning, kitchen remained open for clients.
And when we voiced our comment, the reply was " we're not a hotel".

Beyond compare

Clean and well maintained guest rooms and public areas. A true sense of destination. Comfortable beds and pillows. Food is farm to table style and all sourced from the area. The team of the hotel is always around to ensure a flawless service. A perfect location for a team building, romantic getaway or family weekend
