Nice hotel with a couple of issues
This hotel is in a wonderful location convenient to so much and has a beautiful, light-filled atrium for breakfast and drinks. Adjacent to the atrium is a banquet room, also a lovely space. Rooms are very pleasant with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds and nice amenities. Cleaning was excellent! 663 bathroom was large and beautiful white marble with a sizeable walk-in shower with rainforest showerhead. Unfortunately the shower floor is smoothe white marble and even though the hotel provides a mat to place on the floor under the shower spray, the floor was so slippery I found it incredibly scary and dangerous. There is a sign just above floor level alerting you to the slippery nature of the floor and recommending use of the mat. The sign is positioned so you really don’t even notice it and I did not even see it until I was leaving. The hair dryer is difficult to use as one must hold the “on” button when drying one’s hair and it is challenging. I have no idea why they do this as a separate hair dryer with a switch that allows the dryer to remain engaged while drying one’s hair would be so much more convenient and desirable. Food was interesting. A dinner I attended was fantastic! The breakfast buffet is expansive but of average quality and sometimes very, very crowded. Staff were very pleasant. Keys had to be re-programmed several times over the course of my two night stay- a but busy late somewhat inconvenient. I would recommend but with reservation.

Disgusting. An overhyped hotel.
Very high room rates. Drinking water bottles are provided every 3 days. Extra water bottle costs 5 euros each.
Bed linen changed only after 3 days. Very bad experience.
The room is not cleaned even cleaned daily. The housekeeping staff only makes the bed changes the towels and that's it.

Take care when checking out !
Good location, nice breakfast. However, hotel tried to charge us for services that weren’t provided, such as the pre-paid car park, water for the coffee machine and restaurant services, even though we hadn’t had a single meal there! What a shame.

Highly Recommended for Business and Leisure
I stayed at Victoria Hotel Klaipėda during a business trip and had a great experience. The room was modern, comfortable, and very clean, providing everything I needed for both work and relaxation. After a busy day of meetings, the SPA area was a perfect place to unwind.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options.
I would definitely stay here again on future business trips and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Not as good as I expected.
I expected better. Before booking, I informed that we were arriving on my birthday, but upon arrival no one responded to this. There was a bar above the room, so it was difficult to sleep, constant pushing of chairs and noise until the middle of the night. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows, even twisted my back after the stay. Double bed with only one blanket. Even the kids on the sofa got their own blankets :) There is no air in the pool area, also the chlorine used in the pool irritates the eyes, even gave children's skin rashes. There's a lot of foam in the jacuzzi. Where does it come from? It's the first time I've seen it, it looks like it's filled with dishwashing detergent. The food at breakfast could be better, although the photos advertise eggs benedict, but don't expect them. The quality and selection are only average. It's strange, because the food in the restaurant, outside of breakfast, is excellent. Check-in took a very long time. I only liked the location.
