Very good
Very beautiful hotel in a very pleasant location. The room was very clean and well-arranged, right down to the umbrella on the terrace, great. Very kind staff. Breakfast very good.

Simply top-notch.
This is one of the best hotels we have booked and visited in over 30 years.
There are really no credit points at all (from check-in to check-out), there is absolutely nothing to complain about, even though we always observe every little detail very critically.
This is one of our favorite hotels, which we will also be happy to visit regularly and make further bookings.

Perfect villa, unacceptable treatment at reception
The villa and the room were perfect, clean and really beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our experience at the reception was very disappointing. We had booked an expensive room, but were not allowed to use the parking garage. That in itself is fine, rules are rules.
However, what was unacceptable was the way the receptionist spoke to us. Her tone and attitude did not feel at all welcoming or welcome, especially for guests who have booked a premium stay. This made us feel absolutely not welcome.
We have filed a complaint with the manager about this, who has thankfully taken it professionally and neatly. We really appreciate that. Despite the beautiful accommodation, this experience at the reception unfortunately left a negative impression.
However, what was unacceptable was the way the receptionist spoke to us. Her tone and attitude did not feel at all welcoming or welcome, especially for guests who have booked a premium stay. This made us feel absolutely not welcome.
