Quiet and relaxing stay.
Quiet and relaxing place, beautiful pool, simple and effective beldi breakfast. The hotel is not far from Lake Bin El Ouidane and the Ouzoud waterfalls.
For sure, we found our little relaxation spot in Morocco. We will come back with great pleasure. Thanks to the whole team!

Reconnect with nature in comfort
Surrounded by nature, pleasant temperatures in the summer, comfortable and spacious rooms.
Quiet and traditional dishes (tagines, grilled meats...) as good as the snack menu (pizzas, tacos, lasagnas...).
Very good family place, swimming pool and activities for children, magnificent gardens for dinner or having a drink.
Private boat trip for the family on Lake Bin el Ouidane, not expensive at all and very pretty, reconnecting with nature.

Very bad experience.
I arrived at this hotel, located outside of Azilal, on Sunday, August 2. All the banks being closed, I asked if it was possible to exchange euros for dirhams.
The receptionist was very polite and professional. He explained to me that he was only following the instructions of his manager, whose first name starts with "S". The rate offered was totally absurd: €100 = 1,000 DH, with no relation to the daily exchange rate. I immediately refused, because I found this proposal totally abusive for a hotel that welcomes tourists and foreign travelers.
I do not blame the receptionist at all, who was professional from start to finish. On the other hand, if these instructions really come from management, I find this way of doing things very concerning and it gives a very bad image of the establishment.
Added to this are very high prices for a hotel located outside the city, with no restaurants, shops, or other services nearby. Guests find themselves with practically no alternative.
I do not recommend this establishment. Be very vigilant regarding rates and, if you need to exchange money, do it at a bank or an official exchange office rather than on-site.

A great family getaway!
Impeccable cleanliness: The establishment and the rooms are impeccable and very well maintained.
Top-notch dining: Whether for meals at the restaurant or for snacking during the day, we enjoyed ourselves. The service is very well provided and the team is very attentive.
Service and amenities: Nothing to complain about, all the staff are welcoming and the facilities are of high quality.
A real plus also for the location: there are superb activities nearby, perfect for delighting both young and old.
We recommend this hotel without hesitation and we will return with great pleasure!
