Disappointing.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this establishment.
Upon my arrival with my mother, I did not have my passport with me, but I presented a valid French national identity card, my French driver's license, as well as my professional ID card. I perfectly understand that a hotel may apply its own rules and require a passport.
However, if the establishment decides to refuse access to the room, the least they could do is refund a reservation that has already been paid for. Instead of that, the hotel refused to accommodate us, refused to refund us, and even refused to provide us with a simple written statement explaining its decision.
The staff's behavior was, in my experience, particularly rude, contemptuous, and totally devoid of any sense of service. At no point was a solution or a clear explanation offered to us.
An establishment is judged as much by the way it welcomes its guests as by the way it handles difficult situations. Unfortunately, in our case, professionalism, respect, and transparency were absent.
I am keeping the proof of payment as well as the documents related to this situation. Everyone will form their own opinion, but I strongly advise against this establishment.

Safe business like location with wealthier larger houses around but not much to do around. Bedding had some stains first night and two towels for four. Bottle water not replisged & breakfast was not included despite notifying us at check immit would be. Family.room has room with kind/queen bed with sofa, and separate additional room with one.more bad, but A/C was extremely weak which is fine enough for Casablanca nights in June but not for running at the gym. Upon bringing the issue to staff, I was discussed, and staff literally argued & ran away. If I have to return, I would choose something else.

Good stay at the Domo Casablanca hotel with minor reductions

Hotel Domo Casablanca is a modern and contemporary hotel on the outskirts of Casablanca. Especially practical is the own parking of the house, which made the journey very uncomplicated. The rooms are reminiscent of apartments and offer plenty of space. They are generously sized and have a microwave and stove (but no other equipment), which can make longer stays easier.
However, the facility has become somewhat old. Stains and signs of wear are visible in several areas, both in the living area and in the bathroom. With us the door to the bathroom could not be closed because it was so warped. This slightly reduces the otherwise positive overall impression.
The on-site restaurant offers a nice selection of Italian and local dishes. The food is delicious and appealingly arranged. Breakfast is also versatile and offers everything you need for a good start to the day.
For a stay in Casablanca, Hotel Domo is a good choice, especially due to the size of the rooms and the practical location. However, one should plan slight reductions in equipment, bathroom and cleanliness.

Good value for the money. Only twenty minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the city center. I definitely would return.
