La ringraziamo sinceramente per aver condiviso la sua esperienza.
Siamo molto lieti di sapere che ha apprezzato la pulizia e il comfort della camera, così come la gentilezza del nostro personale. Un ringraziamento speciale anche da parte nostra per la menzione di Mustafa: sarà felice di sapere che la sua disponibilità e cortesia hanno contribuito positivamente al suo soggiorno.
Abbiamo inoltre preso buona nota del suo feedback sulla colazione. Ci dispiace che non sia stata all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Le sue osservazioni sono preziose e verranno condivise con il team F&B per valutare possibili miglioramenti, soprattutto in termini di freschezza e varietà dei prodotti offerti.

Relaxing and Homely
We had most of our meals at the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only deliciously but also quite healthy and nourishing.
Room service staff were helpful and efficient.
