Riad not so Amazing
We arrived and struggled to find the place even with the help of the taxi driver and it was down a dodgy alleyway with motorcyclists blocking the way. We arrived and were informed that there was no tea or drinks for us so we had to go and buy our own water.
We got to the bedroom and was shocked comparing the pictures on Booking.com with the reality. There were no toiletries as shown, the TV did not pick up satelite and in fact could not even connect to the wifi for youtube, there were birds flying around the sealed court yard and the toilet smelt of faeces.
After we had been out for a meal we returned and the manager hustled me for what he claimed was tax which amounted to 40 euros but only wanted cash. To this day we cannot understand whether this was a swindle or some stealth tax. We covered the bed at night and found that the duvet which had no cover on it was stained in several places with something suspiciously looking like urine.
My wife was coughing most the night due to the smelly bed clothes.
In the morning we were looking foward to what they described on the website as a good breakfast. We were presented with 4 lukewarm pancakes with a little jam and cream and some mint tea which my wife could not drink due to an allergy along with some barely concealed squash. When asked what else there was we were told nothing. At this point we decided that enough was and moved hotel with the help of Booking.com but no apology was forthcoming and we are now requesting the rest of our money back and we will continue to pursue this until we do get the refund. In fact the only person around was the cleaner as as soon as booking.com contacted the hotel the manager or person in charge disappeared not to be seen from since.
To this point the hotel has not contacted us and also they are contesting the refund.
Do not go near this hotel if you want a good stay in Marrakech. They are dishonest and not honourable.

Disappointing
"fixed" the room in literally 2 minutes. We have serious doubts that he did not stretch the sheets of the previous ones by how they were, as well as a folded and half wet towel on the bathroom floor. There was no shampoo and the shower was very dirty. We went pretty cold, and although there was a duvet on top of a shelf it was so dirty that we didn't use it. Neither a light in the room nor a light in the bathroom worked. We had to ask for TV control. The bookshelf and the floor behind the tables were full of dust. The bed was made for us (which did not change) 2 days out of 5. The towels changed those two days. Breakfast is normal and its quality depended on who made it for you because in the 5 days there were 5 different "managers", very nice almost all. The place is nice although the roof in winter is covered with an awning. It is also hidden but we understand that this in the medina is normal, as is the pool: it is normal that it is cold in winter, although a cleaning did not spare. The armchairs around the pool are full of lampoons. Guests arrive at any time and since they don't give you a key the doorbell wakes you up.
In short: it is a bed and breakfast: do not pay more than 30 or 40€.

Very corteous and polite staff though.
