Bad place. Looks like fraud

It seems fraud, arriving there who received Us neither knew right reservations and only spoke the local language and a poor French.
We canceled the reservation and we left.
There was no place to check in.
The rooms on the ground floor completely unhealthy with a mould smell that if impossible to breathe.

A complete scam!

A complete scam. The hotel is at the bottom of a filthy street. Inside the bunker (because that's what it is), it was freezing cold (no heating) and in the bedroom there was no daylight. Nice... The boss - a Frenchman - demands a tourist tax three times higher than what is indicated on the reservation.
To avoid, you will find authentic Ryads much better and cheaper in Meknes, with people who have a sense of hospitality.

In front of closed doors // Bad experience

Unfortunately I have a disappointing review to tell.
I book a room with my friend in January whilst booking short noticed. We arrived have an hour later and found closed doors. Trying to call the number written on the door, nobody responded nor answered. We were waiting in front of the door until 21.00 when the check-in time stops. Tired from our journey we were forced to find another accommodation and they won't refund our money.
Later they contacted us, saying that the guy of the shift was staying on the roof and couldn't hear our telephone nor the knocking ...

Very good accommodation option in Mezknes

I loved it, this Riad hidden in alleys, on the outside it does not attract attention, but inside it is a house with a patio full of plants, comfortable and beautiful rooms; The Riad is full of beautiful details: carvings, furniture, decoration. Breakfast for 10 and the lady who runs it is very friendly and attentive.
