It was an amazing apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. Great views. We were a family of 6 adults. There were 3 bathrooms, including one attached to the main bedroom. Decent kitchen with cups & cutlery. There was a coffee machine (guests to buy pods). The whole apartment has one portable AC. It was not a trouble (we stayed in May), but there were no ceiling or pedestal fans; which we found a bit inconvenient. The host, Youssra, was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed to contact. She uses WhatsApp, and can speak good English.
The free breakfast was truly awesome. It's in a waterfront tented restaurant with a decent fine dining setup (host facilitates this and you just go tell that you are from this property). The staff were very courteous.
Just one thing to note, we landed in Casablanca in the morning and took a cab to this place. The checkin was at 3 and there was no place/reception/security to leave our bags ahead of checkin. The host made it clear and it was not her fault, but we literally got held up not able to leave our bags anywhere.

A shame among apartment rentals

Apartment in torre 2, number 57 with blakon front and rear. The apartment is outdated, contaminated, mold in curtains and walls, gory vitrages, empty and. dirty balcony (where later after our complaint outdoor furniture was brought with dirty pillows), inside a sofa that is not to sit on, a leaking boiler, leaking sink kitchen, minimally cared for with pans, cutlery, etc, on request coffee machine brought and broom and a cloth as mop, sewage stench in the bathroom (not to get rid of). Dirty and blocked drains, in short: too crazy for words. Communication reasonable at first, then poor.

I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! Absolutely disgusting. I was travelling with my elderly mother and two small children.

A beautiful place in a lovely area, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe.
The apartment manager, Youssra, was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions and assistance whenever needed.

Room smell like cigarettes. Not the same view as expected. The address is not the same than in the post
