Clean , lovely reception staff , Adan beach is really worth a stay
Adan beach is not the kind of place I would usually stay at , it’s very big and to be totally honest the outside space round the swimming pool ( enormous pool ! )is not welcoming , there is a lovely bit of garden at the back of the pool but the rubbish bins are kept there , which seems very strange !
However the plus points outweigh the minus . Firstly the two lovely receptionists , Ghyslaine and Ghyslaine are very helpful . We arrived rather late and the guardian made a couple of phone calls and took us , in a lift that worked every time we used it , contrary to a previous review , to a gorgeous apartment over looking the beach . It was easy to see that it was extremely clean and there were clean towels and bedding .
Being there with my daughter and two little grandchildren we loved the space in this two bedroomed appartment .
It was so light and airy with a fabulous terrace , brilliant sunset views .
I was worried about the key not turning easily , the lock fitting was not good . The first morning I spoke to Ghyslaine Laghezali . I also asked her about the lack of WiFi . Ghyslaine immediately started to solve the problems and I had a decent working lock and a WiFi router very quickly . In fact all the staff there were very friendly and kind .
Next to the complex is a lovely little cafe with very nice salads and also a larger restaurant on the sea side corner of Adan . The staff there are also very kind and patient with young children . And the food is very tasty and amazingly cheap for Western Europeans .
The little village with its shops and bank (Auorir ) is only ten minutes walk away and on Wed there is an enormous market a a few minutes away .
The kitchen was fairly well equipped in our appartment , no washing machine though . And you need to take or buy all basic cleaning stuff , tea towel , washing up liquid etc .
What was also missing , and this was strange , no clothes hangers at all ( the twin bedroom had no storage space or cupboards) and nowhere to hang towels inside !
We loved our stay in our lovely appartment where we were quiet and safe and a stones throw from the beach , we will definitely return !

Do not stay here for any reason
The worst place I have ever stayed. I don’t know what was worse, the stench of cat urine and feces everywhere, the sewage smell coming from the shower drains, or the fleas in the bedding. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself and street it is on are absolutely disgusting. The pool and outdoor areas don’t feel clean or safe to use. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Broken furniture mentioned in other reviews is the least of the issues.

Pieds dans l'eau et vue sur mer, ça ne suffit pas ...
En recherche d'un établissement sympa pour un petit séjour, j'ai visité Adan Beach.
Les extérieurs et parties communes sont négligés... Pas très engageant.
On m'a proposé de visiter des logements afin de faire mon choix.
Bonne initiative !
Les ascenseurs sont là pour faire joli, ils ne fonctionnent pas.
Les logements n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis les précédents occupants, dons pas aérés, literie en l'état, saleté des vitres etc, etc. Et ceci depuis plus d'un passage de clients!
Cuisine sale, salle de bains exiguë et pas agencée.
Rien de positif. Je comprends mieux les différents commentaires désabusés.
A éviter donc, il y a bien mieux ailleurs sur la Côte, avec vue sur mer, pour un prix semblable.

Médiocre
Médiocre. Appartement mal entretenu: propreté à revoir, vaisselle sales, la porte des WC ne se ferme pas, l'ameublement est détérioré. Ne mérite pas le prix demandé. On a passé une semaine en juillet 2021 et on ne reviendrais plus.

Sejour Adan beach Aourir
Résidence à éviter. personnel mal accueillant , maladroit (non qualifié et mal formé ) sauf Mme Ghizlane kasmi (irréprochable). Appartement pas très propre, douche pas commode, pas de wifi, tapage nocturne,piscine relax et parasol payants...
Propriétaire en personne insensible suite à nos réclamations.
En résumé en toute honnêteté le cadre est correct mais ces petits détails peuvent gâcher votre séjour.
Perso je n'y reviendrai plus.
