The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there.
The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast.
Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early morning and throughout the night, we could hear people walk past the room and the cleaners talking so our sleep was heavily interrupted by noise and we felt quite tired the next day.
The breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of savory braids, croissants, pancakes, etc. The egg station was very popular as well and they were fresh fruit cold cuts, and cheeses.
Overall it was a great stay and I can see that the people that work there really care about doing a good job and giving guests a good experience.

The rooms are specious, comfortable and perfectly suited to families.The staff is very caring ,always smiling and attentive.The meals were delicious.
Between activities for young and old especially also the area of well-being everything is gathered for a successful family stay

Horror, disappointing experience, impossible night in an establishment supposed to be peaceful
Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. At 11pm, a group of noisy and obviously alcoholic young people, also staying in the hotel, turned our night into a sound nightmare. It is impossible to close an eye, despite our patience. The situation lasted much of the night, without any intervention from the staff.
We didn’t report the problem to the reception, convinced that such a level of rumbling could not go unnoticed. Most disturbing is the total lack of response from the on-site team, as if the comfort of the guests was only a minor detail.
In short, an exhausting night, a broken promise, and disappointing management. We leave tired, frustrated and with the feeling of having been just passing customers among others, without consideration.
To escape if you are looking for a minimum of tranquility.

The room is comfortable, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The calm that reigns on the site is a real breath of oxygen. We loved the varied and generous buffets, highlighting quality local products.
The staff is very kind, always smiling and attentive, which makes all the difference.
